This morning I made a digital order for flowers around 8am to the school my wife works at. I didn't notice until after I ordered that there was a notice on FTD's page that said they may deliver as late at 6pm. The school my wife works at closes at 4pm. Tomorrow is Saturday.The website did not list which florist they had used, so there was no way to contact and clancel my order. When I called the 1800 number listed on FTD's page, it connected to an individual from a foreign country who had difficulty understanding English. When I was able to finally convey to him my dilemma, he claimed that my order was out for delivery, but when I used the websites, "track my order button", it just said that my order was "scheduled", and gave me no updates on my orders progress. I placed my order just before 8am this morning, it is almost 2pm now. I've had no word on my order and there are no options through the website to find out about it's progress.

My fiancée ordered delivery from FTD for Mother's Day for me, A bouquet of calla lilies and white roses, deluxe with chocolate candy. He spent 102 dollars. he had called a week in advance to have them delivered in time. The flowers were brown, leaves on the flowers torn, and the greenery had mold. I called customer service, and demanded a refund, because of the condition of the arrangement, but i had to argue to get a refund, they wanted to redeliver only. After getting upset, and asking to speak to a third person, they finally said they would refund. my fiancée was so embarrassed he is sleeping in the garage next to the lawnmower.

Never use them! Flowers ordered two weeks early will not arrive in time and are coming UPS and not from a florist. Talk about bad business!

Don't use this company. I ordered flowers for my daughter's first Mother's Day, day. Her flowers were to be delivered Saturday. I got the tracking number, looked it up and the company changed the delivery date to Monday. I got a $10.00 "sorry" refund and that was all. They have no guarantee on their orders. I always use 1-800-Flowers, and I am kicking myself for changing companies for this order. Terrible business. Oh also, their products aren't fulfilled by local florists. They're coming from Pennsylvania and I'm in Florida.

I’ve used FTD for years. I’ve been a faithful customer. I ordered flowers for my sister who is in the hospital. I received an email stating the flowers were delivered followed by an email saying they could not be delivered. The flowers were to be delivered to a hospital in a small town & no other hospital with that same name. FTD is blaming it on a wrong zip code. Are you kidding me???! The customer service agents can barely speak English! I verified the address a number of times. The flowers should have been delivered on Tuesday & they still have not arrived. I could have driven the flowers to my sister six hours away 10 times by now. Never again will I use FTD.

I ordered the Kindhearted Bouquet as a gift. Pale pink roses, ivory lillies and Alstromera. Gentle and elegant. What was sent was mostly some cheap greens and a few flowers stuck in. I was embarrassed by the gift and will make sure that I never send an FTD product again.

This company has screwed up so many times that even though I'm a FTD Plus customer, I am done with them. And their online and phone support is awful. They have outsourced support to some firm in India, but their support staff is not proficient in English. I kept going around in circles with them.

I ordered Spring Tradition bouquet. It arrived a day early, no problem. The bouquet looked NOTHING like advertised. Only two different flowers, big clumpy white and something yellow. Not even arranged nicely. One of biggest waste of $75 I ever spent and I'm on fixed income. Will NEVER order from you again ! ! 😡 Not tech savvy enough to send photo but I'm Christian so I NEVER lie ! !

I would leave a 1 star if I could. I’m extremely disappointed i’ve never had flowers delivered in such bad conditions for an extreme price. They were supposed to be delivered yesterday, they stated they somehow could not find my address! After my sweet boyfriend called and talked to them they flowers were delivered today. Unfortunately when I went to grab them my flowers were hanging over the sides of the vase. I rushed them inside and gave them more water ( as it was almost empty ). For almost $100 you’d think SOME type of apology or refund would be made! I’m highly disappointed just like every other client that has left a review.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I ordered Classic Ivory – A Florist Original – Exquisite from this online florist knowing that the floral varieties used in this bouquet will vary based on freshness and availability. I ordered this particular sympathy flower arrangement because I loved the variety of flowers, the size, and overall asymmetric and elegant arrangement as presented in a beautiful design in the photograph on their website compared to the other cheaper options. What I received the day before the funeral was completely different—not even close- a plain bunch of flowers in a vase resembling more the cheaper options. I had to go to the florists to buy additional flowers and accessories and arrange it from scratch to make it look presentable. To make matters worse, I was charged twice for this order. This feels like fraudulent billing. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience being scammed in such a fragile moment in life. I will never be using this florist again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious.

I ordered flowers to be delivered for my daughter’s birthday today. When I spoke with her she said nothing was delivered so I called ftd they assured me they are on there way. Then I get this BS email from FTD that tells me they attempted to make a delivery and she wasn’t home. My daughter has been home all day never left the house and she has a ring doorbell with no one attempting to delivery her flowers today. I’m very upset I thought this company was a legit company and cared about who they send orders to be delivered. They would not even tell me who the florist was

Believe the reviews. This place delivered flowers to the church TWO DAYS AFTER the funeral. Incompetent is an understatement!!!!!!!!!

Floral arrangement ordered and delivered on time. Arrangement had 2 roses, 2 carnations, 4 small maroon flowers, and some greenery. It was not as shown in picture on website. This arrangement was sent as a gift and it was embarrassing how cheap these flowers looked.

I ordered an arrangement through Legacy.com two days before a funeral to be delivered to the church where the service was to take place. The evening prior to the day of service the FTD website sent an email saying the local florist could not deliver the arrangement to the church where”because it was going to be closed”.. how ridiculous is that?!!! The funeral was being held at the church and I seriously doubt the doors would be locked.! Never again! 1-800-flowers. FTD filed for bankruptcy in 2019 I see why; terrible customer service in addition to being a slip shod company

Very disappointing. Ordered a birthday arrangement with a Happy Birthday balloon. The kid loves to get balloons! Beautiful arrangement. Arrived on time. But guess what ... no balloon! Very disappointing. Flowers are ordered for special occasions. You would think FTD would understand that and make sure everything turns out exactly as ordered. Ugh! Guess they, too, are just in for the money.

Gave 1 star because 0 was not allowed. Very disappointed with order. Ordered deluxe. Flowers received were small. Not enough flowers in arrangement to be deluxe. The Hydrangea looks wilted. Arrangement looks NOTHING like what was ordered. Colors ordered were white and blush pink. Colors of arrangement received are not pretty and the one hydrangea looks almost dead. Arrangement was $80.00 plus delivery for total of $101.63.

I ordered flowers for my wife, for our anniversary. The flowers I ordered were nothing like the ones she received. NO vase, wilted flowers in a BOX! NO vase. I called customer service and of course I got someone who could barley speak english and she kept repeating "sorry". I asked to be transferred to someone else who I could understand/speak english. The next lady wasn't much better. I asked her what counrty she was in and she said she wasn't allowed to tell me. She ended up giving me 50% off which ended up being 15% off. It's obvious that FTD has outsourced a big part of their business to overseas. I will never place an order with this company again. Don't waste your money or your time with FTD!
