“Placed an order for a sympathy plant for a friend who just lost her husband. This morning I received a email that the delivery would be made today. This afternoon received another email saying that they were unable to secure a florist for delivery. Asking if I would like something sent out of their special gift box instead. Called customer service could not understand a word the gal was saying. Asked to speak to someone different. The second person was not any better. Asked for a refund. Was told That the refund was made. I immediately get another email reordering my original order.Customer service should have people that can speak good english that you can understand. I now need to contact my credit card and dispute 2 charges instead of one. I will never use them again.”

“Flowers were never delivered, yet they sent me an email that the delivery occurred. I ordered the flowers on Thursday for a Friday delivery. The delivery never happened on Friday as requested, and I followed up with an email. On Saturday, I received an email that the delivery had been made, but when I confirmed with the recipient, she mentioned that she had not yet received the flowers. So now as of Sunday, there was still no delivery made at which point I requested that the order be cancelled and requested a full refund. Why would they send an email that the delivery was made when in fact it had not? It's very disappointing to receive this kind of customer service, poor customer service from a business that I always considered reputable. I will NEVER provide my business to FTD and I will spread the word to as many people as possible within my network to NOT use FTD.”

“I ordered a sympathy arrangement for a loved one to be delivered, it was never delivered when I called to ask where it was they tell me your order was not available do tou wanna choose a different arrangement...OMG!!!..I didn't recieve a email telling me this or nothing!!....I am HIGHLY UPSET.!!!...this could've been avoided had they had the common decency to inform me of this in an orderly manner...I will not be using them again”

“Ordered flowers a week prior to date needed. They are going to be delivered the day after I requested. They have the audacity to charge $120+ and then not even get things there on time. I know flowers are not life and death, but you would think you would get your delivery dates on time.”

“Beautiful flowers but they delivered late TWICE. They got it wrong the first time so they redelivered it for me promising to get it on time and it’s an hour late so far and no word. Don’t expect them to follow your delivery notes.”

“I ordered a same day delivery order for a friend who was having the 1 year anniversary of their death. The company didn't do the same day delivery and emailed me that they could deliver it in the next 3 days... Maybe don't even provide this feature then?”

“Horrible don’t get flowers from them .. there’s your warning ‼️ these were $92. And they look like they will die in one day .. nope 👎🏻 and they were delivered late so ya I’ll stick with supermarket flowers!!”

“As I ordered flowers for a dear family member's funeral, I realized there was no place to specify time of service. I reached out to their chat and was connected to an efficient and professional person who handled the situation perfectly, even though I had to disconnect quickly without full information on the order. I appreciate the care and thoughtfulness!”

“They made my sister happy . They made her think “of Monet”. The person who wrote my sentiment , had beautiful printing . It was just what my sister needed after a horrible fall which left her with stitches in her head and legs. Bruises on her body ,The idea that the arrangement made her think of Monet was wonderful to hear from her .”

“I’ve been using FTD Flowers for years . And never once have I been disappointed with them. I live in Nebraska and my Mom and Dad live in California so it is Important to me that they feel loved when all special occasions come around. My dad has passed, so it is even more important for my mom to know how much she is loved and missed. And that is what FTD Flowers does every time. Thank you for keeping a daughter connected to her mother.”

“The flowers are beautiful - a wonderful arrangement with very healthy and fresh flowers that opened up the following day presenting perfect timing for a gift. There was a slight issue with the vase in not being purple to match the purple flowers as in the descritpion, but instead red; FTD rectified this quickly and I am more than pleased with the solution.”
