“Advised of a delivery date and my item arrived on the advised date and on time. My chest of drawers was of a very good quality and assembly instructions were good and accurate . Very happy with my purchase .”

“Easy to use website, fast delivery of a very well packaged, easily assembled dressing table stool. Vey happy with my purchase. Deliver would have been next day but did not hear delivery driver knock on the door at first attempt of delivery. Re-arranged delivery for the next day.”

“Quick delivery, good quality product although not as easy to put together as your Ikea flat pack. Delivery driver broke down on the day but was still willing to deliver the product very late in the evening which was v much appreciated.”

“After been let down with poor quality goods, we took a chance on a company we have not heard of. What can we say but we were very impressed with the product. Arrived on time, packaged well and instructions easy to follow. We are very happy. We did read about the drawers not taking a lot of weight and would say very heavy items could be a problem. The coating is a very good idea to protect the furniture.”

“First time using Furniture 123. A bit apprehensive at first as it was such a large purchase for me. The website was easy to navigate and delivery was when I wanted it. The delivery drivers were exceptional and very helpful. The furniture itself was outstanding, fantastically well made. Sturdy and of great qaulity. Online description was on point.
