“Process of ordering & delivery made so easy. Kept informed about delivery - at my convenience. Packaging of item (fireplace) was AMAZING - strong cardboard so no surprise that there was no damage or marks to the product. Can't fault the whole process.”

“Placed order on Saturday evening, delivery arranged for Monday. Furniture 123 despatched everything on time, my delivery was cancelled but by the courier the following day due to the van breaking down nothing to do with furniture 123 but they still refunded me my delivery charge even though they weren’t at fault. Would highly recommend, Hugh quality furniture and VERY easy to assemble as everything is numbered xx”

“Very prompt delivery . Communication great re: purchase and delivery. Instructions were clearly explained . Every package and piece had a corresponding Letter on it which made building the drawer unit not as difficult as I first thought . The quality is superb and robust . Am very pleased . Will definitely recommend and will be buying from this online retailer again .”

“Product was ordered with a 4week expected delivery but within 48 hours it was delivered. Large box delivered safely and at the expected delivery slot .so easy to put together just needed to twist the legs on. Sofa is of great quality for the price and looks great in my new kitchen/ diner. Love that the chaise part can be either right or left of the sofa or just freestanding . Firm to sit on but very comfortable. Quality and service was fab! Would def order again with Furniture 123.”
