“Ordered a sideboard and dressing table which were delivered on time, one week after placing order. Communications were excellent throughout from both the company and their delivery company. The furniture quality is the best I have encountered in fifty years of self assembly flatpack goods. I highly recommend Furniture 123 and will definitely buy from them again with total confidence.”

“Wow.....we are very impressed with the quality ,price and customer service . We brought a glass top dining table with walnut legs walnut dining chairs, walnut tv stand,mango chest of draws and bedside draws to match....stunning all prices...beautiful made extremely well packed ...the delivery staff were professional and friendly...and the customer service team were wonderful....the team keep you informed and updated every step of the way... Thank you 😊”

“The six drawer midsleeper ,easy to follow instructions, can easily be built by a single person with abit of savy , the drawers are nice and deep , my daughter loves the bed. If there was any criticism it would be the space behind the drawers .which could of been used for extra storage”

“Awful company AVOID at all cost, customer service is full of lies and empty promises. Ordered a cot with next day delivery and only received half of it and kept getting told the spare part will be delivered to me by a date every time I called up on said date they would apologise and say it would take another 2 days and used the same excuse but can quite easily arrange a delivery to pick up the item I have after I requested a refund. I'm not even hopeful I will even get my money back. Wish I read the reviews sooner”

“Absolutely shocking company to deal with. Ordered two beds and mattresses in good faith, only for one bed and 4 mattresses to arrive. After enquiring was advised they didn't have any of the same bed in stock and would we like a refund or to return the items. The items were collected for a full refund, yet 10 days later still waiting for an update and they can't even advise if the items have been returned to the warehouse. On top of that they charge £20 to collect the items, even though it's there fault they sold something they don't have in stock. Several emails later and all you get is generic responses with no help. Absolutely avoid this company, as not only truly unhelpful, but when it's there error they charge you to collect them!!! Am currently looking into management/Director level to escalate further as nothing has been done in 10 days and still hold over £900 of our money.”

“The communication from purchase to delivery was excellent. The delivery people were possibly the most friendly and helpful I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. The sofa bed is of excellent quality. From previous reviews I’d anticipated that the pull out bed would be exceptionally uncomfortable but this is not the case. The sofa is firm but very sturdy and well made, a few cushions will enhance the comfort. Very happy with this purchase & would definitely use this company again.”

“unit is very nice, easy to assemble, good looking piece of furniture.I would have given five stars however as I paid for next day delivery upon ordering (Wednesday) and it didn't arrive till Saturday, not really good enough.”

“Good quality table and easy to build. The colour isn’t the same as the picture said it’s walnut but it’s more mahogany wood with a slight orange tone which I don’t really like. But very quick delivery paid for next day and was there by 12 noon the next day.”
