“A bit disappointed that the furniture was delivered in a box and for me to unpack as a single person was not easy . The colour was not as I expected however it was acceptable . There was a problem when screwing the legs in as one of the threads was faulty . Although The quality of the fabric was excellent . After having a conversation with. A technician we discussed a discount which I accepted . Overall I have given 4 stars based on the quality and service . I would have given 5 had the delivery been better and no fault with the furniture .”

“Would not use again - missing parts and wouldn't replace them. I order 2 new cabin beds for the kids which I knew had a couple of weeks lead time. Their sales person phone me up a few days later and said they had 2 returned on a delivery which were not opened, had been checked and were in perfect order and did I want those? which I agreed to. Unfortunately there were missing parts which they are still not sending and have offered a derisory amount in compensation even though i can order a new bed for delivery in 2 days. Even after trying to explain the silly situation they have them selves in, unfortunately it looks like they are going to have to ship me a whole new bed and are going to have the built one in return. What a waste of time, money and resources.”

“Beautiful tv unit ,looks stunning .delivery and packaging great BUT a few scratches on one of the doors and wood devision part badly marked which I have coloured in with wood pen to hide ,as I said really well packaged so couldn’t see until all wrapping taken off also. Might of been us but found it very uneasy to order 😬”

“I purchased 2 chairs and 2 benches from Furniture 123. One of the chairs was damaged underneath and I contacted customer services who came back to me on the same day to offer a partial refund or replacement. The following week my dining table arrived and I realised that the benches were too wide to fit underneath. I contacted customer services again and the following day they responded with information on how to return the benches and even offered a collection service for £15. My refund was processed within a week. It's the best customer service I have received by some considerable distance. Well done.”

“Brilliant service from start to finish. Easy to order and updates given as to when it would arrive. Telephone call given from delivery guys when they were near. Once built a very small part off one support leg was missing. Called customer services who arranged for it to be dispatched straight away. Very polite.”
