“Still have not received my item. Was supposed to arrive a week ago but the delivery day just received a message that I need to contact yourself as there were issues with my delivery; so now still waiting for it!!! And seems I can’t publish a review with a star - “there is a problem”!!! Unbelievable!!!”

“Absolutely love the pink chair and footstool. It’s stunning. Just as described. Kept up to date with delivery and delivered within the two hour time window that was allocated. Will definitely be shopping again. Highly recommend.”

“Less than one star doesn't appear to be an option. I have been waiting for a bed since September. First one was discontinued after waiting 5 weeks. I'm still waiting for the replacement. Do not order from this company.”

“Omg!! What a great service! Speedy through the website, fast delivery, I was informed readily right through the whole process. I ordered the Inez velvet foot stool and my goodness it is beautiful. Great quality, beautiful orange colour, fantastic value for money...I definitely would not hesitate to use Furniture 123 for future purchases. Great company!!!”

“Happy with my delivery! It was fast, i was kept informed at every step and post delivery, as i had two pieces of furniture, i had an issue with one of the pieces which was resolved almost immediately on their side! Very pleased indeed!”

“Absolutely awful! I ordered a bath in July and was told it would be delivered in a week, still waiting for it in November and having to chase it up every two days. I’m stuck as I’ve designed and tiled my whole bathroom around this so I can’t even cancel my order. I’ve spent so much money chasing this up and paying builders to just wait around. The most stressful purchase I’ve ever made! I have literally been left in tears over this”

“Absolutely appalling service. Order was for butterfly folding table and chairs - booked and paid for next day delivery at higher cost. Checked our account on the day as time was passing for customer service to be open. Account said delivery for further 3 days away!! Got thru to c/s and refunded delivery charge but delivery remained for Saturday. Literally just checked account again and delivery day changed again for another 5 days time 😡😡. Went online for webchat. Told delivery was in 4 days. Useless service so telephoned thru to c/s and was told it’s 6 days and she didn’t know where her colleagues were getting their info from. She said she couldn’t understand why it hadn’t been delivered as they had plenty in their warehouse. Told her they were going to have one extra and requested an immediate refund. Lies and misleading information at every stage. Avoid”

“I had an issue with faulty goods from the supplier which was well resolved by Furniture123. Goods are also great. Beware the cost of calling customer services as 2 calls each around 10 minutes cost me £20 in total, bit of a sting in the tail.”

“Terrible service. There have now been 5 failed attempted for my daughter bed. The first time it didn't arrive I called to be told it was actually out of stock. So I changed it to another bed I was old this was be delivered in 2 days. It didn't arrive. I rang and was told it had been lost on the warehouse. So they offered me a refund or to order again and I really like that bed so agreed for wait for the bed. It would be dispatched the next day and arrive the day after. It didn't arrive so I called and asked to speak to management to which I was told they were busy and not available. I then asked them to have a manager call and they said it may not be today (this was in the morning) I said it was totally unacceptable and asked for a call ASAP I was called 2 hours later. The manager apologised refunded me 50 pounds and arranged delivery for Monday....today. no notification from the courier company as promised so I called them and I am told it wasn't picked at and an issue with the warehouse. I asked them to call and find out what the problem is and apparently they don't have a phone number for them which is laughable this product has cost me over 700 pounds and my child is still sleeping on a mattress on the floor!!!!!!!! I spoke to another manager who was mildly apologetic but best he could do was reorder in the hope it will arrive or refund me. I said I want you to reorder and get confirmation from the courier company that 1 they have the bed and 2 it will definitely be delivered. He said he would ring me with their confirmation. I'm not going to hold my breath its a shame as I can't fine the same bed anywhere else. Iv matched curtains and other items in her room to this particular bed. So upset”
