“Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with, shocking customer service and lies!! Ordered product 2 months ago and the wrong item arrived (no problem, I accept that mistakes happen). Tried to contact multiple times, told somebody would call back multiple times..... nobody calls you back. When I did manage to speak to somebody I was told the item would be redelivered within 2 day, nothing arrived. More promises of call backs that never materialized. Again told it would be delivered within 2 days, this time the wrong item sent again. More promises of call backs that never materialized. Then told item would be delivered next day, nothing arrived (shock!!). Another hour on the phone, now to be told it is out of stock. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! would give it zero stars or minus if there was an option The company stated delivery as three weeks but as soon as payment was made went to 4 weeks. It then increased to 8 weeks follwes by 12 weeks. Once they did finally say it will be delivered, provided me witha date & time they did not turn up. When I followed up was told there was an issue with courier and rearrange which added another week or two. Today is the day I was meant to receive my order. Again received an email last night with a delivery time slot. This morning I was told there was an issue with handover. I called customer service and they said they will check to see if there is stock to rearrange delivery to find out its due to come in on 15/02/22. So there was no delivery to be made in the first place, just a bunch of lies. I was promised delivery today but there was absolutely no way to get the item if ir was never in the warehouse. Worst shopping experience, avoid like the plague.”

“Good quality product. Initial delivery date did not happen but advised new date 2 days later did. Transit damage occurred, but replacement was supplied rapidly without dispute. Pleased overall and would use again.”

“Ordered 2 items 4÷2 cabinet 4+3÷2 (latter yet to.be assembled). Slight damage to draw front of the 1st item but compensation was quickly offered. Overall satisfied with the the service as it was the first time I'd used the company Items were due within 8 weeks but were delivered within days.”

“Easy to order on line delivery was by Amazon which did not go as smoothly unfortunately and one leg was damaged tried to sort it by email but didn't get a reply from the same person so I rang up customer service spoke to a lady call Natalie all sorted in less than 5 minutes (well done her) other than that good quality and price just what I needed”

“Delivery quick and driver was informative, calling ahead. The love seat is true to colour, luxurious turquoise velour and looks expensive. Straight forward to put legs on. Very pleased with item. Would definitely recommend.”
