“I bought bed sofa baby pink my granddaughter loves as I do it's stunning and very comfortable would highly recommend only down side I love upstairs but delivery men wouldn't take it up stairs for me had to wait get my neighbours to carry it up”

“I ordered a sofa and within 4 working days it was delivered as specified in an e mail and courteous telephone call. No issues whatsoever and the sofa is exactly what I wanted and expected so one very happy customer”

“This company is highly likely to not deliver. And I mean, literally NOT DELIVER. We ordered a TV cabinet in May 2021, it’s now August 2021 and I have lost count of how many delays there have been. The young man at customer service was very ‘reassuring,’ saying it was delayed due to ‘going through customs.’ At the time, I was daft enough to believe him. Wow: they have excuses coming out of every orifice. Best avoid.”

“I made an order and was emailed to say it would be here on the 6/08 between 9:30 - 11:30, after a phone call I was informed it would be delivered on the 9/08, which was fine as I could arrange work commitments around this, I then received an email asking me to pick a delivery date, which isn’t ideal as the nearest date I could get is 12/08, I don’t understand why after being told via a phone call, that it would definitely be delivered on the 9th that I would then have to pick a delivery date later that week”

“Furniture 123 has to be THE best company I have dealt with. Placed my order for a beautiful bedding box approx 2pm and Received immediate acknowledgment . I was contacted x3 times over the course of 24 hours to inc my delivery time. It was delivered the following day by 1.30pm. An amazing service and product. Well worth the money - so much so I am going to purchase my new dining table from Furniture 123 - many thanks. A delighted customer!”
