“Really happy with our purchase of a love seat. Delivery was on a Saturday which is perfect as we're at work all week, came within a week of ordering and didn't have to wait around all day as they gave a time slot. Friendly drivers and a fabulous chair.”

“The delivery company used were awful . watched the driver drop the parcel out of the van , met him at our front door and he literally threw the parcel onto the doorstep ( and it’s not small !) . When we said to be careful he muttered something and just walked away - needless to say item is damaged !”

“I have purchased items from F123 over the last 3-4 years, I have been happy with almost all of them with the few needing to be returned I have not had any problems doing so, the refund process is usually quick and easy. The customer service team are very, very helpful and always call back or email within the time frame given. The delivery’s are always on time and collections are collected with updates for when they will be arriving, drivers always smiling and chatty as well as polite. I’m actually impressed with the service F123 have provided me.”

“Bought grey velvet office chair July 2020, falling apart by Oct 2021. Price was expensive during lockdown but was happy to accept supply/demand issues and also having to wait over a month for delivery. What I am struggling to accept is, whilst the chair has a 1 year guarantee, after this period the chair starts to show-up the poor quality. I have a tear in the fabric which has appeared with part of the metal frame protruding from inside. Customer service response today was “out of warranty, got to a local shop to get it repaired”! Poor quality & customer service. Don’t waste your money.”

“Ordered a swatch first which was delivered quickly and very professionally packaged. I then decided to order the piece I wanted as the colour and material was perfect. Ordering was very easy, the price is excellent for the quality of the item. My order was processed and sent out via overnight delivery meaning it would be delivered in the morning. Delivery was also easy as the driver was on time, and very friendly. The piece had slight imperfection which I addressed via customer service, who dealt with the issue and resolved the issue the same day of delivery, I’m extremely happy with my new edition of furniture and will definitely looking to to purchase more from Furniture 123.”

“I had to e.mail customer service as 1 of the castors was not scrwing in properly and they replied really quickly and resolved my issue. I was a bit apprehensive about buying a sofa online, but really liked a teal velvet one i saw, so I went ahead and ordered it. The price was good and ordering was so easy. I was kept up to date on my order and delivery. The delivery chap phoned to let me no when they would be at my house. I am over the moon with the sofa , we had to put the legs on ourselves but it was easy & there is instructions that came with the sofa. The quality is great for the orice and we find it really comfortable. It was so stress free ordering from this company and I would be more than happy to recommend them to my family & friends.”

“Still have not received my item. Was supposed to arrive a week ago but the delivery day just received a message that I need to contact yourself as there were issues with my delivery; so now still waiting for it!!! And seems I can’t publish a review with a star - “there is a problem”!!! Unbelievable!!!”

“Less than one star doesn't appear to be an option. I have been waiting for a bed since September. First one was discontinued after waiting 5 weeks. I'm still waiting for the replacement. Do not order from this company.”

“Omg!! What a great service! Speedy through the website, fast delivery, I was informed readily right through the whole process. I ordered the Inez velvet foot stool and my goodness it is beautiful. Great quality, beautiful orange colour, fantastic value for money...I definitely would not hesitate to use Furniture 123 for future purchases. Great company!!!”

“Happy with my delivery! It was fast, i was kept informed at every step and post delivery, as i had two pieces of furniture, i had an issue with one of the pieces which was resolved almost immediately on their side! Very pleased indeed!”
