“Console table I purchased looks far more expensive than what I paid for it! Packaging was excellent and delivery driver placed the packages in the hallway, rather than leave at the door.”

“Good points - two out of three items of furniture were delivered on time. One I was given no delivery information at all for to get a call from the driver saying he was leaving it on the street outside my house. Unimpressed by that”

“After taking up a delivery of several items of bedroom furniture, I had to book a return of the chest of drawers that was damaged. A replacement was eventually delivered but after unpacking there was 2 items missing. I contacted the company who said they would get back to me. Eventually I was told the parts could not be provided. I was offered a small refund and was told to research the availability of obtaining the part from eBay!! Why can’t companies check that the delivery is complete before sending the item out for delivery??”

“Fairly straightforward experience with this company. We ordered a lovely velvet corner sofa that arrived when it was schedule to. It was well-packaged and easy to construct- my partner just screwed in the legs, which look very sturdy. The delivery men carried it into my house and placed it down gently - they were really very nice.”

“Ordered 3 beds and received only 2 as we were notified that one had been delivered to the wrong depot. Now claiming the missing bed has been has been delivered to us and when we have looked online to see when apparently it was today. Tried to resolve the matter via email since the first two beds were delivered last week and keep being told it has been delivered. Now the system shows it was delivered today. We live 3/4 of mile away from anyone else, only house in the area, all at home today nothing has been delivered. Disgusting level of service via email. Going to escalate this further, I have one very disappointed little girl with no bed of her own at the minute. Please please avoid this company terrible service. ArrowXL were the delivery team for the first 2 beds. Sad thing is this could have been a good review as we were happy with the quality of the beds received.”

“I bought bed sofa baby pink my granddaughter loves as I do it's stunning and very comfortable would highly recommend only down side I love upstairs but delivery men wouldn't take it up stairs for me had to wait get my neighbours to carry it up”
