“Ordered a sofa and it was delivered within 2 days however it was too big to fit in the lift so it was sent back by the delivery men , I got in touch with the team and had the smaller version delivered within 2 days! So impressed with the customer service , everyone I spoke to was swift to action my request. The sofa is so beautiful and great quality!! It’s definitely a statement piece and whilst the shade was slightly different than the photo, it’s even more beautiful and I’m super pleased with it.”

“Seriously disappointed in this company. I ordered a bunk bed for my children. Paid £15 and waited a week for allocated delivery day. Received both email and text confirmation the night before to say it would be delivered between 8.05 and 12.05. I called at 1.30 when it had not been delivered to be told the driver had had an issue with a tire but I was top of the delivery list and it would definitely be delivered that day and to just keep waiting. I waited inside all day but it never arrived. When I called customer services the following day I spoke to a very rude man who told me it had simply been returned to the warehouse and I would have to wait another 3-4 working days for delivery. Having done so I have received no updated and called again this morning to be told it has not yet been delivered back to the warehouse and is still with the courier. It will be returned this week and then there will be another 3-4 working days for quality check before they can send it out again. I was told that, whilst there could be no guarantees, it should be delivered at the end of next week but I wouldn’t receive any updates so I can call back then. Meanwhile having dismantled my children’s cots whist awaiting arrival of the bed they are now sleeping on mattresses on the floor. Just pathetic service.”

“wow i just love my coffee table, the one i wanted was a 7 week wait and i opted for an "A Grade" one instead, perfect and a little cheaper and got i within 24 hours !!! excellent value for money, stunning, i love it. i will be back”

“Super customer service! Ordered a sofa and a couple months later there was an issue with the leg. I sent photos and spoke over the phone with the customer service team. Not only did they replace the leg, they replaced the whole sofa! Prompt pickup and delivery. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends!”

“I ordered an ottoman exactly as described really lovely lots of storage and very strong to sit on. “Love the swing chair, it looks great and was easy to put together. Only reason i'm not giving 5 stars is because the box was entirely open and broken on delivery and parts fell out as it was removed from the truck and taken to my driveway. However, the issue was dealt with quickly and impressively by 123 Furniture when I contacted them, so I would use them again.”

“After looking at reviews and not being able to make my mind up, I finally went ahead with the purchase hoping for the best. Arrived already built (massive plus) and in perfect condition 👌. Looks great 👍. Was happy with the texts about delivery and the guys that delivered the item were very helpful also. Massive thumbs up and will shop with them now with no hesitation.”

“Avoid this company at all costs! They take payments in full up front and then let you down with deliveries. Promise after promise is broken, their customer service team are useless and you will spend hours trying to track down your products but get nowhere. All the sales talk on their website about service and delivery is rubbish and they don't get back to you at all.”
