“Furniture 123 has to be THE best company I have dealt with. Placed my order for a beautiful bedding box approx 2pm and Received immediate acknowledgment . I was contacted x3 times over the course of 24 hours to inc my delivery time. It was delivered the following day by 1.30pm. An amazing service and product. Well worth the money - so much so I am going to purchase my new dining table from Furniture 123 - many thanks. A delighted customer!”

“After weeks of searching online I found my perfect garden modular set. It arrived quickly, was a little challenging to assemble but I managed it on my own, and looks great and is very comfortable. The only negative is that the glass is not fixed on the table so there is the potential for it to slide off and smash. Overall I'm really pleased.”

“We ordered a dining table and chairs that was in stock, delivery was on the day as promised, while I was assembling the chairs two pieces of them was missing,a phone call to customer care was all it took to sort it out and the new chairs where delivered the following day,that is what I call very good service,thank you 123”

“Recently purchased an Adeline Sideboard with next day delivery. The item arrived very well packaged. It took a lot of effort to get the item out, destroying much of the packaging in the process. The item was damaged inside. A dowel was sticking out the wood and was smashed around it. I asked for a replacement to be told it cannot be picked up until Wednesday, and i cant get a replacement until after (likely friday or following week). I got told to package it the best i could as it was no use to them (not easy as all the polystyrene was sellotaped before so had smashed while unwrapping and had to improvise with bubble wrap, plus box is a nightmare to retape). I got no offer of a refund on the next day delivery, or a replacement offered before this date. Surely it would be easier to send a new one first and pick the other up at a later date or same time. Loved the first one i brought and the dining table, but this one has really let it all down. If someone buys "next day" delivery, its for a reason. Now have to take time off work or sit up (on nights) to wait for a pick up and delivery of another sideboard. Nice furniture but really disappointing service!! EDIT: I Received a pick up date for Thursday now, however they are saying I won't hear from until the 28 about a replacement. Won't be using this company again. My next day item and changed to next bloody month. Avoid this company at all costs!!”

“Customer service team is fast and resourceful. They update you so it feels like they’re checking up on you. Even tho my item was delayed they handled it professionally to a point I forgot about getting upset. I ordered a velvet 3 seater with chrome legs. SO SOFT AND COMFY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. Delivery team worked very hard getting my sofa up my flight of stairs and we’re very friendly. Will definitely tell my family about this company.”
