“Delivery quick and driver was informative, calling ahead. The love seat is true to colour, luxurious turquoise velour and looks expensive. Straight forward to put legs on. Very pleased with item. Would definitely recommend.”

“Delighted with colour and quality of my sofa, and even though I was a bit daunted when it arrived in its packaging it was very easy to unwrap and put together. Very impressive sales team too. Looking forward to receiving my matching foot stool. If I had a bigger house I would buy more!”

“Really good quality feel to the fabric and well made. Impressed by the customer service team who sorted a replacement item when the first one was damaged in transit. The delivery company was helpful too in calling 30 mins prior to delivery.”

“After being let down by another online Co, I was a bit concerned about ordering furniture on line again. However 123 were excellent. A great quality product. Solid and I didn't have to build. I was kept informed about delivery and it was excellent and very well packaged.”

“The most horrible experience!!!!!! First the mattress gets delivered without the bed , no problem I guess it can happen people make mistakes. 5days later when the bed was suppose to arrive took time of work just to make sure it does get delivered and guess what it never came, zero notifications of any cancellations or changes !!!! they had to call and order for the second time !!!!! I’m still waiting !!!! more then two weeks !!! This is a DISGRACE .”

“I ordered for a set date. Only part of the order was delivered and part of one order was missing. I contacted 123 and asked for the missing part,to be offered first a £15 voucher to be spent in store and then a £20 voucher, I didnt want this all I wanted was the missing part. I was then told that they would need to collect the item and send a new one 5 days later, which I do not get and is causing more inconvienience, why cant they replace when they collect not my fault the part is missing. The missing item has still not arrived. Shocking service and will not be using them again. One item that I did receive is great but pails into insignificance against the catalogue of poor service.”

“I love the fire I read the reviews after i ordered and was a little bit worried when people said it was noisy. It’s the same as any fire fan I have had so it was fine for me. The flames are realistic. Deliver was really fast and everyone who has seen it thinks it’s more expensive than it was. Delivery guys were excellent. Very pleased with my purchase”

“I was so pleased by the look online of my tv unit, I had been researching said units for a number of months so was pleasantly surprised by this product's value for money. I had not purchased anything from this company before so was a little nervous with my purchase. When it arrived, secure in plenty of padding, I was really chuffed by the appearance and will not hesitate to buy from this company again. I love my tv unit!”
