“Ordered table and chairs middle part of the table scratched so they sent a replacement which was so badly packed the edge was mutilated . Still waiting for another replacement . Woman on phone told me they hadn't any more could I get one from somewhere else WHAT!!!!! Chairs so uncomfortable had to buy 4 replacements . So would I buy from this company again definately not.”

“I wish i had never heard of you. Paid to choose my delivery slot. Items decided to arrive day before when they could not be left and were taken away. Was promised they would be resent. Only one of five items have arrived now and am still waiting on the rest. What a cowboy outfit”

“Item was delivered promptly and in perfect wrapping. Kept informed. I had a problem needed to contact service and they responded well. I contacted them a few times and could always speak with someone. Customer service was outstanding. Products are quality. My problem was resolved quickly. I would definitely shop here again.”

“Ordered the Olivia 7 drawer chest of drawers in grey, along with 2 bedside tables. Upon delivery and unpacking, it became apparent that the paint to all three products was severely cracked and the finishing of the wood was rough and poor. I Arranged delivery for them to be returned and 15 days later I still have not heard a thing from Furniture123. Certainly be very cautious when dealing with this company. Would not recommend”

“STAY AWAY! Absolute scam. Waited two months for delivery of sofa. Kept getting notice of delivery followed by delay notice up to day of delivery. Customer support have no idea where item is and just say well it left our warehouse. Lets see if I get my money back but doubt it! DO NOT BUY FROM!”

“Ordered 2 bedside tables, so pleased that have since ordered the chest of drawers. Fast delivery, helpful customer service - but as previous reviewer has written - DO NOT CALL THEM! I was charged £7 for 10 minute call. Furniture is good value for money, with holes already drilled in correct place and runners for drawers already fitted.”

“I live this fire place. Delivered on time and extremely well packaged and protected. Great value for money compared to other shops. It’s on the wall now and lots of people are saying how nice it is. The guy who fitted it lives it and I’ve sent him the link. The company kept me informed at all times of the ordering and delivery process. Can’t fault them”

“Terrible service. Ordered a bed came with no bolts or screws. Currently 2 weeks of waiting and 2 extra deliveries still haven't got all the parts needed to get my new bed together. Same delivery chest of drawers only received 1 box of 2. Was told no longer stocked so refused to send other box. Waited 2 weeks for it to be delivered after they moved delivery date back to find this out. Totally poor customer service.”

“I purchased a pull up bed 2.5 years ago for a rental property that I didn't wish to invest too much in redecorating which broke beyond repair at the weekend when the metal central support snapped completely from the frame. As it's out of warranty they've advised there is no available resolution and I'm unable to leave a review on another well known review site as they require it to be written within a year of purchase. I should have known that even if it costs more in the first instance in the long term it's better to invest in quality furniture that will last.”
