“The instructions for assembly were inadequate with drawings that made little sense and took forever to interpret. If I’d known this I would never have ordered the coffee table.”

“Bought a garden table with 6 chairs, parasol and base. Lovely item and good value for money. Could not find a garden dining set anywhere else on line of the same quality and price. Had a problem with dining table and one chair. Quick response from 123 and problem quickly resolved. Would not hesitate to buy from them again and recommend them to family and friends”

“Great price for a decent bit of furniture, especially when compared to other sellers. The item arrived on time but whilst putting it together I found that one piece had an issue. I called and they were very friendly and very quick at getting out the replacement part to me, no hassle at all. I would confidently buy from them again knowing any issues will be dealt with.”

“I had to exchange my fire as it was faulty, this was easy to do by speaking to sales, my old fire and my new fire were both picked up and delivered within 2 days, which i thought was really good service, and my new fire is working perfectly, there was no delivery charge as it had been paid on delivery of 1st fire, the only thing i would say is it is a risk if buying the reconditioned fires, but new fires i would definitely buy.”

“This is my second review. I was promised a credit that I could get something in the store and they kept their word. My little service dog beagle picked out the exact rug I wanted and we all laughed about it .It means a lot when a company keeps their word when anybody does so I'm very appreciative.”

“This is my second bed I have purchased very good price and quality.,delivery was fast also I had a problem with one of the parts but after one call the new part was posted straight away cant fault after sales so all good”

“Ordered a Pink love seat. Delivered quickly by 2 friendly guys. I was a little dubious about the quality of the seat as it was a lot cheaper than other places, but I didn't need to worry it's great! I will definitely buy from furniture 123 again .”

“Very quick delivery and service considering I ordered on Saturday said midi sleeper bed would be here by Thursday or Friday and it was delivered early Tuesday. Have not unboxed as surprise for grand daughter so being put together friday.”

“Ordered table and chairs middle part of the table scratched so they sent a replacement which was so badly packed the edge was mutilated . Still waiting for another replacement . Woman on phone told me they hadn't any more could I get one from somewhere else WHAT!!!!! Chairs so uncomfortable had to buy 4 replacements . So would I buy from this company again definately not.”
