“I live this fire place. Delivered on time and extremely well packaged and protected. Great value for money compared to other shops. It’s on the wall now and lots of people are saying how nice it is. The guy who fitted it lives it and I’ve sent him the link. The company kept me informed at all times of the ordering and delivery process. Can’t fault them”

“Terrible service. Ordered a bed came with no bolts or screws. Currently 2 weeks of waiting and 2 extra deliveries still haven't got all the parts needed to get my new bed together. Same delivery chest of drawers only received 1 box of 2. Was told no longer stocked so refused to send other box. Waited 2 weeks for it to be delivered after they moved delivery date back to find this out. Totally poor customer service.”

“I purchased a pull up bed 2.5 years ago for a rental property that I didn't wish to invest too much in redecorating which broke beyond repair at the weekend when the metal central support snapped completely from the frame. As it's out of warranty they've advised there is no available resolution and I'm unable to leave a review on another well known review site as they require it to be written within a year of purchase. I should have known that even if it costs more in the first instance in the long term it's better to invest in quality furniture that will last.”

“Delivery should have arrived between 12-4, finally arrived at 5.20, no call or communication regarding delay. The garden furniture i ordered clearly stated that it came assembled , just unpack put the cushions on and ready to use, not true! Came in a large box and we had to put together. Website also said they would unpack and take away and recycle all packaging, again this was not the case. They instruct you to check for damages on delivery and ring and report whilst the delivery team are there but this is impossible, as you younwe would have to unpack to check and the delivery guys just want to deliver and go. All said the furniture is lovely and I am really pleased with it but Furniture 123, need to review the information on their website as it is so inaccurate.”

“We had to wait a few weeks for our order due to it being out of stock, so happy we did the chairs are beautiful! Was kept up to date each week with what was happening. Absolutely spot on service. Thanks again.”

“A great, solid, contemporary looking bench. Excellent value and very easy to assemble . Looks great on our porch . Shopped around for a while and couldn’t find anything modern. Can be painted, but we are leaving it in its natural state for the time being!”

“Next day delivery, within time frame and given notice, good communication, fast and friendly service when it arrived. The picture doesn't even give justice to just how nice this bed is and it certainly looks a lot bigger in real life... Great quality and by far one of the nicest beds we've come across since searching for the right one online and in stores for the past 6 months.. Best thing is, its at an absolute fraction of the price compared to elsewhere- a real bargain! Plenty of space in the ottoman storage. Partner spent a few hours putting it together by himself without issue. Super pleased so far!”

“Bought a BLACK (emphasis on the word BLACK) Metal gazebo 3m x 3m from Furniture 123 on ebay. The gazebo does not look like the pictures in the listing - except the last one which is a customer photo. That is the only honest picture. If you are happy with a light grey cover on a black frame then buy away. If, like me, you expect a black cover on a black frame as per ALL but one of the pictures, look elsewhere. I contacted the seller to be told ultimately that it says in the description that it has a light grey cover - not so, only the item specifics mention the word "grey" but not specifically the cover. Sadly, 1 star is all I can give as I don't like being misled. Also would have been happier if the customer services had a bit of consistency - 3 messages, 3 different respondents, no closer to a resolution at any stage... real shame as the item itself, except the colour, is actually ok.”
