“Do not order from this company. I paid for an item and was charged £49 for delivery. Unlike normal online purchasing, you will receive an email saying that your order is ready for dispatch and all you have to do is pick a day for delivery from a website link - the link does not work or does not exist therefore you cannot choose. You will then have contact with customer services who will ignore what problem you are highlighting with the website link and keep sending you the same link. Eventually they will pick your delivery date for you. Then it won’t arrive and you will receive a text telling you that it can’t be located. Trying to gain contact with this company is almost all virtual - I have had no responses and just want a full refund. Think your getting a bargain but actually what you get is a company who over charge for delivery and who cannot communicate with its customers. Do not buy from these cowboys”

“First time customer - I kind of discovered the website by accident. Absolutely delighted with the bed. Instructions were basic - but all flat packed furniture is to be fair. I definitely grabbed a bargain!”

“Do not buy the bunk beds from here!! Purchased for my 4 year old son and 10 year old. Built exactly as instructions said. 3 weeks later the top bunk collapsed when my 4 year old was climbing up. Luckily my daughter wasn’t underneath!! Heard no response from them from my complaint 3 weeks ago. Waste of money £350.00 but above all bloody dangerous!”

“Very impressed. Customer service was excellent...fun guy on the desk who was very helpful. Product is great! Very pleased. The only disappointment I had was that the grey colour I wanted was discontinued so I have grey bedsides and white chest of drawers. ..but that my fault.”

“I ordered a Dynamo Cabin bed for my son and sorry to say, I'm not impressed with the quality. Essentially, it's not man enough for the job. Materials used in construction are absolute bare minimum and whilst it might be ok for a young light weight child, it certainly isn't structurally strong enough to cope with a 10-year old lad. Furthermore, the slide out table isn't water proof, so a cold glass of drink will cause the surface to bubble up due to the condensation.”

“I ordered a 3 door wardrobe. The customer service were great. The delivery came in the 2 hour window advised , but only 1 obviously very strong young man. The 3 boxes were very heavy snd clearly showed they should be lifted by 2 persons. He also had to get them upstairs. 2 points there is a small gap at the bottom where the pieces won’t meet and there are several screws on display No screw covers provided with the item. Still. Very very pleased”

“The drawer is exactly as pictured, I was worried that the quality wouldn’t be that great and it may look cheap but it’s really nice, heavy, looks expensive and I’m happy with it. Delivery was brilliant as well, it literally came in the next day. I’ve used it as a tv unit so I’m not too fussed about the space in the drawers but if using for something else then you might find the drawers inside are small. Only downsides are how long it took to build, and the drawers slightly stick out more than they should, not hugely noticeable but still a little annoying.”
