“We ordered a dining table and chairs that was in stock, delivery was on the day as promised, while I was assembling the chairs two pieces of them was missing,a phone call to customer care was all it took to sort it out and the new chairs where delivered the following day,that is what I call very good service,thank you 123”

“Customer service team is fast and resourceful. They update you so it feels like they’re checking up on you. Even tho my item was delayed they handled it professionally to a point I forgot about getting upset. I ordered a velvet 3 seater with chrome legs. SO SOFT AND COMFY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. Delivery team worked very hard getting my sofa up my flight of stairs and we’re very friendly. Will definitely tell my family about this company.”

“Ordered a sofa and it was delivered within 2 days however it was too big to fit in the lift so it was sent back by the delivery men , I got in touch with the team and had the smaller version delivered within 2 days! So impressed with the customer service , everyone I spoke to was swift to action my request. The sofa is so beautiful and great quality!! It’s definitely a statement piece and whilst the shade was slightly different than the photo, it’s even more beautiful and I’m super pleased with it.”

“wow i just love my coffee table, the one i wanted was a 7 week wait and i opted for an "A Grade" one instead, perfect and a little cheaper and got i within 24 hours !!! excellent value for money, stunning, i love it. i will be back”

“Super customer service! Ordered a sofa and a couple months later there was an issue with the leg. I sent photos and spoke over the phone with the customer service team. Not only did they replace the leg, they replaced the whole sofa! Prompt pickup and delivery. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends!”

“I ordered an ottoman exactly as described really lovely lots of storage and very strong to sit on. “Absolutely brilliant service and I love the new sofa! I was sceptical because of the cheap price but it’s amazing. So so happy! Very quick delivery. I’m a landlady and have Airbnb’s. I’ll definitely be buying more furniture with you guys going forward.”

“After looking at reviews and not being able to make my mind up, I finally went ahead with the purchase hoping for the best. Arrived already built (massive plus) and in perfect condition 👌. Looks great 👍. Was happy with the texts about delivery and the guys that delivered the item were very helpful also. Massive thumbs up and will shop with them now with no hesitation.”
