“Very polite and helpful delivery people, makes a big difference, the room is on 2nd floor, and they were quick with no hesitation of all the stairs so thank you for making this a wonderful experience”

“I had a fault with my original product, which I didn't realise until it was being fitted (3 weeks after I received it) Iafter informing furniture 123 they promptly sent me a replacement. It came 2 days later. We'll impressed with this service. Thank you.”
