“I ordered chairs prompt delivery nice quality chairs but unfortunately didn’t match with our dinning table ask for return which was accepted without any objection and refunded within few days Very happy with their customer services Thank you”

“I ordered a beautiful lamp table that was damaged upon opening. Having contacted customer services a swift courier collection was arranged and a refund was issued. Despite this hiccup I would definitely shop with Furniture123 again, I really cannot fault thier customer service, brilliant 😊👍”

“I wanted to return a bed and took a deep breath expecting the usual fob off but had a really efficient, friendly experience that was so refreshing. The collection was managed and the refund effortless. I was really impressed and will definitely use Furniture 123 again. Honestly your customer service is second to none, more companies need to take a leaf out of your book. Thankyou.”

“Ordered 3 bar stools. Excellent quick delivery, however one was faulty. Reported fault and the stool was replaced in 48 hours! Brilliant customer service and communication.”

“My sister ordered this bed for me, it arrived on the day & time I was given, I did have an issue with the delivery driver however Furniture 123 was prompt with sorting this out & refunded my delivery charge back to me, which was very unexpected, but what good business. My bed was assembled on Saturday & I’m so pleased with it, I would of never been able to put it together, you do need someone who’s experienced.... However it looks amazing & very elegant in my bedroom & so much storage which is perfect for anyone who needs storage. Thank you Furniture 123”

“Ordered grey sleigh bed and really lovely bed and very solid. Delivery was excellent and within the time slot. Call was made 10 mins before to check I was in . Very polite gentlemen completed the delivery following government guidelines . When husband was putting together the screws would not fit in the board but after one call speaking to customer services got to say amazing response . A new end board was delivered the very next day . This is our second bed and thinking of another for the other guest room . Thank you 123 furniture I would highly recommend x”

“Wow, i drove round every garden center within a 15 mile radius, looking for garden furniture, i had a budget in mind, either it was a 12 week wait or they didn't offer delivery, so i took to the internet, i had 4 that i loved & went through the ordering process again only to be disappointed, 123 had the perfect corner furniture for me although i was a little apprehensive on the quailty, well i needn't have worried, The garden furniture arrive it was very well packaged arrived on time & the quality of the furniture exceeded my expectations, the picture didnt do the furniture justice, i absolutely love it, 123 i would recommend & definitely use again”

“Was recommended by my daughter - ordered a two seater lounger garden furniture - product was exactly as photo happy with quality - fantastic speedy delivery especially when stocks are low everywhere else! Product fantastic and delivery drivers so polite and friendly. Communication from start to finish was perfect. Will use Furniture 123 again!!!”
