“Ordered an item to match something ordered last year. New item fine and very nice but poorer quality unfortunately. Contacted customer service who gave a significant discount. Happy with that. I have to say their customer service is excellent.”

“I had a fault with my original product, which I didn't realise until it was being fitted (3 weeks after I received it) Iafter informing furniture 123 they promptly sent me a replacement. It came 2 days later. We'll impressed with this service. Thank you.”

“I ordered a beautiful lamp table that was damaged upon opening. Having contacted customer services a swift courier collection was arranged and a refund was issued. Despite this hiccup I would definitely shop with Furniture123 again, I really cannot fault thier customer service, brilliant 😊👍”
