“Ordered a bed which I cancelled due to the delivery date changed to later date which is fine these things happen but 3 weeks later a number of emails & followed up phone calls I am still waiting for my refund & to top it off after searching elsewhere to find the bed quicker with no luck I ended up buying & paying for the same bed again from furniture 123 as my original order had already been cancelled. Yes people will read this & think I should have known better but i wasn’t expecting to wait so long for my refund, worst customer service I have ever received the hierarchy should be ashamed.”

“Very pleased with the quality of the bed , the delivery men were lovely and polite. Very reasonable priced and came exactly how it looks online if not nicer would definitely order again. Also had a few issue with my payment when ordering and the customer service on the phone was great.”

“I ordered a product in June and then got told it would be another 4 weeks until delivery. This then increased to waiting until the end of August. Now this has increased to waiting until November. I have tried to get in contact with the company via phone to get a refund but they will not answer. I have therefore emailed but 10 days later still no answer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.”
