“Perfectly pleasant phone transaction whereupon I paid for and agreed a delivery date. Product info given turned out to be incorrect. Item advertised as "fully assembled " came on a day not agreed to. One piece arrived one day, two pieces on a separate day. Have accepted items as I imagine to start a cancellation/refund process would just bring more problems. Will now have to pay for a tradesman to assemble. The big selling point for me was the "fully assembled " description. Read reviews before purchase and owners also highlight the assembled status.”

“Absolutely cannot fault them. Within 18hrs of ordering the patio furniture it was delivered. Driver communicated with me to let me know what time he would be which is fantastic. As for the black rattan corner patio set & table, I would highly recommend it to anyone. What a stunning piece especially for the price. One very VERY happy customer”

“Great windermere mid bunkbed only issue was some of the bolts didnt fit properly. Needs 2 people for some of the build and took a while but well worth it 😊 Excellent quality pine wood & the delivery guys were really polite. Passing all boxes into the door ways not allowed in homes due to covid.”

“Lovely chest of drawers and extremely well made. Nice to have something a bit different for a dressing room. Only 4 stars as delivery was dumped at doorstep in rain and drivers wouldn’t carry indoors for us.”

“This bed is great. My son is 9 and he loves it-it’s the sturdiest bed we’ve ever had for him. We also added lights (led) to the shelves and it just makes it look amazing .”

“I have to say I was a bit concerned purchasing a bed from this company after seeing some of the reviews. However, I cannot fault them one bit. Delivery was exactly as they said, a text the day before giving me a delivery slot and I was phoned on the day half an hour prior to let me know they were on their way. The delivery men were very pleasant and everything was correct and present. The only downside was that the instructions were not the best but it wasn't rocket science and we worked it out.”

“Couldn't fault the how quickly the bed was delivered. The delivery itself was quite unprofessional, tatty well worn van no driver ID, the 6 boxes were dumped in the porch, all feedback for this has been sent as per previous request form. The bed itself was formed of 6 different boxes, none of which were labelled at to what part of it each box was (it was a cabin bed which included drawers and bookcases etc), so had to unpack everything all at once to find the pieces we needed to complete the bedstead first. The wood itself seemed quite flimsy in places and was quite difficult to put some pieces together as there were pre-drilled holes either missing or in the wrong places. It would also help if the wood was labelled as the fixtures were, or even if in the instruction manual the pictures gave a clearer indication of the different pieces. It took 2-3 hours to build everything, with two of us doing separate bits. Once the full set was put together, it looked lovely and very effective, and my 5 year old son adores his new bed. It seems strong and sturdy and will hopefully last into his pre teen years.”

“Completely useless. having ordered the tables we wanted, we were told there was a 2 1/2 week delay for delivery, but we waited anyway. The delivery date was confirmed, so we waited in, but nothing arrived except a feedback form asking how well they had done. Having tried to contact the customer services or follow the tracking system (Not available for our delivery) another week later we get an email saying the tables are longer available. So looking online, I find they're still advertising the tables which they can't deliver to us. Completely appalling customer experience all round”

“The main part of my order has gone missing I have been trying to track it down The delivery company tell me it’s been sent back to your company due to a missing part. All I’ve had off you is a text message saying they returned it to you. Looks like the order has been cancelled online, but where is my money??? There is a 4 hour phone queue & knowone has contacted me directly by phone....come on!!!”
