“Ordered a dining table, 2 chairs and a dining bench over a month ago. The table and the bench arrived after a week but the chairs did not come. I then emailed and asked when I would receive the chairs, which i was told would be asap, a week passed and nothing, then i was told I would receive my chairs the next day, still nothing. I then made contact again and was assured my chairs would come, I even had an email from the delivery company confirming it would be the next day but still nothing. I then asked for a refund and I am now not receiving any responses from them. DO NOT USE THEY ARE CON ARTISTS.”

“Really pleased with my new tv stand with the fire insert. Disappointed that there was no tracking information on when my parcel was arriving, luckily I was in when it arrived but driver was ready to drive away before I had answered the door.”

“Over the moon with my table and chair. Beautiful quality. Delivery true to word. Due to coronavirus virus, if anyone purchases this product , have someone to carry item as it is very heavy, which was hard for my parents living in appartments , delivery driver could only leave at entrance. Otherwise so pleased.”

“Sky bunk bed is stunning 😍 it does take ages to build but well worth it. I had broken parts and customer service was brilliant, they sent me out the parts I needed within a couple of days. Price was amazing I got it on offer at £280. I have recommended this bed to family and friends.”

“Been looking for a large square white gloss coffee table for awhile now and absolutely made up with my purchase from furniture 123, excellent price too! Looks more expensive than it is too, fits the space between my sofas great...will definitely be buying from here again theres some lovely furniture I've seen already.”

“We needed a special storage, to store memory's. This is the perfect place to look at special items and sit and reflect. The ottoman is a beautiful colour, well made and comfortable.”
