“Website very easy to browse and order from. Very quick delivery and the delivery staff called me 30 minutes before they arrived. Friendly guys who socially distanced and carried the furniture round to our back garden. SO happy with our cube dining set! Took a long while to build but really pleased with it. Great quality and a great addition to our garden. Only complaint is the grey caps that cover the bolts keep pinging off. Also, for the price, it would be nice if it came with a cover.”

“Ordered grey 4+2 chest of draws. Definately a quality product. I could tell as I was putting it together. It definately took more than 1 hour as it said on the paper, more like 3. But I like it so far. Did have a few marks on the wood.”

“Absolutely love my fire. The delivery was quick with no issues, transaction was quick and easy. We installed the fire into our new recess without any issues and we are enjoying the colourful options available between the flames and logs/crystals. Perfect choice.”

“Paid next day delivery for a bed and 3 weeks later some parts have arrived but not all parts. 5 phonecalls later and 3 broken promises of delivery. Spent over £30 in calling them due to the length of time on hold to a premium company, and the last call I had I was cut off. Still no bed. Do not use.”

“Still not received my items and no idea what is happening . I understand delays will happen but would be nice to know what’s happening . Over £100 has been taken from my account and I haven’t received my goods 😢”

“Avoid this company. O.k I am going to stick to the facts. Ordered a shoe storage / Seat for my living room. Was immediately sent confirmation and the item was to be delivered in 3-5days. I paid for delivery. A full week later and three attempts at e-mailing the company, with a promise of a reply in 48 hrs, still nothing. Got up this morning and received e-mail but was immediately disappointed to see it was asking for a review. Hence this review. I called the sales line, got through immediately and passed through to customer service after explaining my issue. Customer service line rang and line went dead. Rang again and spoke to customer service to be told my item was lost. The only reason I gave 2 stars is due to the customer service agent giving me a sincere apology. Avoid avoid avoid this company.”
