“The delivery came 1 day earlier which was great. Delivered by DPD and I was asked by the driver to help with carrying the 6 boxes from the van to the door!!! That aside the service from Furniture 123 was outstanding and well informed. The quality of our table and benches are great (look more expensive to what we paid) and took just over 2 hours to put together following the basic instructions. The overall quality is great and very sturdy. I would highly recommend Furniture 123 to all.”

“Booked and paid £19.95 for a Saturday delivery - waited in all day and the delivery never arrived. Sent an email, no response in 30+ hours. Rang them, took 25 mins to get through, where they told me it was going to be delivered that day without any communication or checking I was in. There was no reason why it wasn't delivered on the Saturday or why I had no communications to say it wasn't coming. Shocking service.”

“No issue with service, price, or delivery. Bit of a problem putting goods together though. Self assembly took me 4 hours. As others have mentioned, LED strip light does not adhere to surface. Detaches itself after a few hours”

“Delivery didn't come on time. Really bad customer support and terrible communication. The product was functional with good instructions to assemble. Shame the delivery was sooooo bad and I had paid extra to have the delivery!!”

“Furniture met with expectations, but the delivery, not so much. Paid extra £20 to have it delivered on a saturday, but it was delivered out of the time slot given by approx 2hours! Attempted to contact company to enquire why it was late and how long until it would be delivered only to hear a 'office is closed' message. Sent a text message only to be receive automatic reply that response could take up to 48hrs. When it was finally delivered there was no apology for the delay. A simple - 'sorry traffic was terrible' would have sufficed. Such a waste of my afternoon!”

“Place an order for a fireplace. I waited 15 days for Notification of dispatch which never came through. I called 123 furniture and they informed me that the item was out of stock I will not be back in for another three weeks. Two hours after the phone call I got an email to say that item was dispatched. The fireplace arrived when I was away for the night and was left outside my front door for 18 hours. Extremely poor customer service.”
