“Tried to find out delivery date. Online had no details, phones were not answered, online chat not available, email told me they would answer in 3 days. Finally got a three date possible delivery on mobile phone for this week. We will see. Communication with this company is impossible.”

“Worse experience ever! Too order and money emailed me to say it had left the warehouse and was on its way then when I called to chase it said it was put of stock! How if it had left the warehouse!? First time I ordered and last. Customer services didn’t care at all that I had taken the bathroom suite out and had the water turned off based on their email telling me it had left the warehouse!!’”

“Wardrobe and toy box were both fine, especially love the slow closing lid on the toybox. Only downside to this purchase was how expensive the delivery was. £30 was quite steep in my opinion.”

“They're happy to take your money and then tell you the night before delivery that what you've ordered isn't in stock and won't be for a while. No one ever answers the phone and getting a refund is like drawing blood out of a stone.”

“Ordered 2 sofas at 10am last Sunday and they were delivered 10am the next day. Extremely fast service. Friendly delivery men. Very helpful and careful. Will definitely order from this company again. Highly recommend.”

“I recently ordered a kings size ottoman bed, really pleased with the quality. The instructions to assemble were clear and easy to follow. The bed looks great and is very sturdy. Delivery was next day, the driver was friendly and called with updates, he also checked the content for correct colour before leaving. Will be ordering more items from here.”

“Was a little long for delivery but was said from beginning, I had 2 bedside units and a chest I’d drawers. Easy to put together and great quality. Would defiantly buy from here again 👍🏻”

“I bought a real wood wardrobe. It was about what I expected. Some panels slightly warped. Luckily not enough to be a problem. Some aspects rather good, some standard flat pack shortcomings. Well packed and reasonably accurate. The wood hanging rail should be metal. Draws slightly better than most. Finish is high grade which looks like plastic if being critical. Happy with my purchase.”

“I am delighted with my purchase of a Mariah Crystal mirrored chest of drawers. It is of a very high quality and the price was perfect. Delivery was speedy and on time and the delivery guys were friendly and very helpful. I have my eye on a couple more pieces of furniture and when I'm ready to I feel confident and happy ordering from you.”

“Brought bunk beds great customer service always kept me up to date with delivery. The only issue I had was the instructions it said build time 1hr 30mins when it took us 6 hours!! In future please mark all instructions with letters/numbers so customers know which plank of wood goes where, we had to guess most of the time! Got it up in the end”

“LOL. . that’s what this company should be called. . They have a staff of 6 reps sitting in a room taking the calls on a paid number. . When one fights with the poor customer (who’s waiting for their delivery or essentially to move on in life). . the other 5 laugh out loud while having their cheap biscuits and machine dispensed tea. Deal with them at your own peril. On the plus side however, they do send out a £50 coupon to their joke of the day.”
