“Flat pack furniture came without the instructions and after following up with the call centre they were still never sent out.”

“Prompt delivery and friendly staff. Would have rated 5 if the furniture was not left on the muddy road in the rain whilst they unloaded the truck! Carpets are covered with mud. Also delivery came with a faulty screw and X2 few P screws, made assembly incomplete. Managed to work around it.”

“Beautiful bed only downside is the storage underneath as the bottom of it is only a sheet of material held on by Velcro So wont hold much weight.”

“Arrived on time in good condition. It was slightly different colour to how I thought it would be - a little darker. Great piece of furniture though. Is actually on the large side for where I planned it to go but after dithering and offers from friends considering finding a place for it in their home, I decided I didn’t want to part with it. Still haven’t got the handles on (lack of time- looks simple enough) or the shoes in it but already had lots of compliments about it.”

“Ordering was easy online and kept informed of delivery date. Delighted with TV console. Arrived on date selected at 6.35am ahead of time advised. Would have given 5 star but the delivery team left before we had time to unpack and check it and left us with all the packaging which most firms take back with them.”

“A fantastic piece of furniture at a ridiculous price, customer service was excellent as was the delivery service. A recommended company that I will use in the future, as for returns and refunds I wouldn’t know as I fully intend to keep my item.”

“Failed to deliver item on time, so cancelled the item, it is near enough IMPOSSIBLE to speak to them on the phone as you are left on hold for a ridiculous amount of time each time, so you end up giving up. You can send an e-message, but they take a few days to come back and usually they do not answer your query in the first response. No other way of contacting them. I have been waiting over a week for a refund for a cancelled item and no one is communicating with me. Terrible customer service. Products are good but customer service shocking!!”

“We ordered the trundle bed available on the website and it is a good solid bed! Pretty simple to put together, just takes a little time. Only downfall was the fact I paid for specific delivery and they didn’t end up coming in the day I requested.”

“I bought the good quality white bunk beds and best quality mattresses. I assembled them on my own (I’m a 73 yo woman) and the diagrams were clear and helpful. There was no damaged parts and apart from one slightly misaligned hole which I redrilled it went together easily. I only required help lifting one on to the other. Delivery was quick and efficient. The mattresses are good and comfy without being impossible to bend so that I can put on the fitted sheet on the top bunk relatively easily. Heartily recommend this product and this company.”

“Very happy with the Safina Grey material kingsize bed . Took couple of hours to put together,make sure you have the left and right side panels correct or you may think you are missing some holes ! I have to say I am impressed with the look of the bed for the money, looks much more expensive. Lovely high headboard which makes a hotel statement look. Am awaiting samples to place another bed order.Arrived quickly .”
