“We are so pleased with this bunk bed it looks great the inbuilt ladder is a great idea. The price was good value we ordered three of the memory foam mattresses to go with it and they are perfect so comfortable. From ordering to receiving was just over a week which was brilliant.”

“Amazing service, next day delivery even though it was a Bank Holiday, really nice guys who delivered, keeping to the social distancing rules. Credit where credit is due, part of my order was hidden behind other products on the vehicle. They unloaded everything to get to it. Would highly recommend.”

“Our pouffe arrived on time and was perfect, nothing wrong with it and looked exactly how I was expecting it too. The ottoman element to our pouffe was also much better quality than I expected it to be for the price as well and seems like a piece we’ll have for years to come!”

“Excellent service, great quality furniture, easy to follow instructions. Wasn't happen about having to pay £50 delivery just because I stay in Scotland, but well worth it, arrived undamaged (which is not always the case with other companies) and well packed and before expected date. Very happy.”

“Ordered 2 beds from furniture 123. Kindsize ottoman bed and a cabin bed for our little girl. Both arrived promptly, within a couple of days. Our king size bed, was missing 1 box. However the driver informed us of this, before even taking the boxes off the truck. Asked whether we wanted to part accept delivery and the office would get our "missing box" out asap. Or reject. We of course part accepted. We were decorating the rooms, so was no real rush anyway. However the "missing box" was delivered the next day. When we went to build our little girls bed, unfortunately 1 bed leg was damaged. However I called the office, got a call back from the queuing process, as lines were a busy, so I didn't have to hold. Explained the situation, they apologised and arranged delivery of the leg straight away, no hassel and came the next day! Our beds are amazing! Have nothing but compliments. They're sturdy and amazing value for money! Although there was a couple of very minor hiccups, the way the company and people reacted, was first class customer service! I would highly recommend based on the products and service I have received. Will certainly be ordering from furniture 123 again.”
