“The table and four chairs look good, and were good value. The chairs are very comfortable as well as looking good. Two issues however - the sales person told me the chairs were not self-assembly, despite the website indicating they were self-assembly. I checked twice but the sales person assured me they weren't. When they arrived they were in many pieces to be assembled. Second issue was delivery. I paid upfront and arranged for delivery when convenient for me, in two weeks. DHL texted to say they would deliver them in one week. Couldn't get through to customer service. Then I got another DHL text telling me they were coming the next day. Managed to delay DHL to three days. In the end it worked out OK but was not as arranged and no reply from customer services when I tried to find out what was going on.”

“Sofa looks great, exactly as pictured. Not the highest quality fabric but can’t complain for the price. Excellent service by delivery drivers, I live on the second floor, they brought the sofa up no questions asked.”

“Love the stools. Easy to put together and are really comfortable. Did have a problem at delivery for one of the stools as the sag had leaked in leg. Took a few weeks to get replacement leg but worked out in the end.”

“Was rather worried about putting wardrobe and chest of drawers together after reading the reviews. My husband has severe dyslexia and is 71 years young. It took him 7 hours to do both, without any help by looking at the diagrams. Sturdy,good looking and do the job. The only thing that let's it down is that wardrobe doors are impossible to adjust to get level . Base of drawers had a fairly large patch that was sustained. Luckily I'm an artist,so have painted to match! Value for money all in all.”

“I ordered before I read the reviews which then worried me because of the bad ones but I was wrong.. I ordered on Monday and they arrived on Wednesday as it said it would. Didn’t take me and my boyfriend long at all to assemble. They are quite small but I did already know that from the measurements. The wood did split in a few places because of the knots but was able to hide it. They look lovey.”

“Fantastic bed! Ordered online on New Years Eve and it arrived 4 days later. Such a quick turn around and great delivery too. I’ve got friends who ordered from Dreams 3 months ago and their bed still hasn’t arrived so they were shocked to hear I managed to get one in 4 days! Love the bed, it’s a beautiful light grey - was abit tricky and time consuming to put together but looks fab. Would’ve scored it 5/5 but the instructions weren’t very clear in places and one of the screws was labelled J but in the instructions was K so caused some Unnecessary confusion. Love the bed though and fast turn around so would definitely recommend!!”

“This sofa is gorgeous. I ordered it on the Tuesday and it was here by the Saturday which is super impressive, especially during the current climate. The fabric is really soft and unlike some of the other reviews I think it really is comfortable. The price was also really good. The only negative, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars was how difficult it was to get the legs in.....we tried an electric drill and even that didnt work and they were also damaged slightly (but no one will see it) It took us all day to screw them in so be prepared to have sore hands! We haven't quite finished our room yet but you get the idea from the picture. Overall I really love it and cant wait to get the room finished.”
