“The product quality and price are both excellent. Delivery was a bit hit and miss: the first date I was told, the order didn't turn up. I contacted customer services and received a quick response with an apology and a new date, a few days later. Fair enough, I thought, it was just after Christmas. But then it didn't turn up on that date either. So I got in touch again, and was responded to quickly with another new date, and this time it did turn up. This was still only a week after I ordered it, so although not great to be given three different dates, it still arrived pretty quickly!”

“I had been searching for bed for months. Very pleased with my decision with this beautiful, elegant king size bed with the price. extra storage underneath is amazing. Quick, friendly delivery. Agreed with some other review, instructions can be about better to shorter the essembly time but it's one off.”

“Excellent service, super fast delivery, simple enough instructions, looks good, and is definitely sturdy. It only misses out on 5 stars because there are two chips in the paintwork - though, give it a week and I'm sure there will be many more once my son has had a good climb all over it! We built it over a couple of days, the desk, drawers and shelves each come in their own boxes, with their own sets of instructions and their own bags of nails, screws etc, so it was easy to break the task up. I would highly recommend this product. Our little boy loves it!”

“Arrived very quickly, great price and it is easy to assembled within a few hours, looks solid and the mattress are extremely comfortable, my son is very happy It would be great if the slats wouldn’t have to be screw down. But overall delivery was very quick and bed is great.”

“Good table, just as advertised, only small problem is one of the screws did not fit but overall very happy with the product. Delivery was spot on, driver actually rang half an hour before to let us know.”

“Arrived quickly and as per the email from the courier. The bed is sturdy and of good quality, the ottoman mechanism is easy to operate. Our only reason for not giving 5 stars is that it took 4 hours to assemble as there were so many tiny bits but I guess that's why the price was so competitive.”

“Would have given 5 stars but ... we ordered 2 beds and an office table. The beds are of excellent quality and looks and feels amazing . The office table was a pain to assemble and had to loose parts to make it work . Took 3 hours to assemble the table , a bit flimsy but expected it for the price I paid. Delivery service was spot on .”

“We bought the Safina ottoman bed frame. Lovely quality. It did take me and my youngest 4 hours to put together though. The plastic corners wouldn't go into the black metal frame on the lifting part. But it's all done now and am pleased with it. Would recommend.”

“Bed came on the pre-selected day, I was called prior to drop off to confirm. The bed is exactly as described and as pictures show. Only improvements would be the instructions are very minimal diagrams and the spanner provided is too big for the nuts.”

“This piece was rather more than I wanted to pay but it looks quite stunning when in situ’. It’s a well made, solid piece of furniture. The baskets should have some felt or fabric to stop scratching the paintwork though. It comfortably holds 5 pairs of adult shoes per basket Bonus of overnight delivery even though I opted for standard delivery. Overall really pleased.”
