“Looks excellent once built. Had to get some replacement parts but this was dealt with quickly and parts arrived next day. Took a bit of time to assemble and only tackle if your good at building furniture!! Very happy with end product”

“A bit disappointed that the furniture was delivered in a box and for me to unpack as a single person was not easy . The colour was not as I expected however it was acceptable . There was a problem when screwing the legs in as one of the threads was faulty . Although The quality of the fabric was excellent . After having a conversation with. A technician we discussed a discount which I accepted . Overall I have given 4 stars based on the quality and service . I would have given 5 had the delivery been better and no fault with the furniture .”

“Ordered 2 items 4÷2 cabinet 4+3÷2 (latter yet to.be assembled). Slight damage to draw front of the 1st item but compensation was quickly offered. Overall satisfied with the the service as it was the first time I'd used the company Items were due within 8 weeks but were delivered within days.”

“Easy to order on line delivery was by Amazon which did not go as smoothly unfortunately and one leg was damaged tried to sort it by email but didn't get a reply from the same person so I rang up customer service spoke to a lady call Natalie all sorted in less than 5 minutes (well done her) other than that good quality and price just what I needed”

“I have purchased items from F123 over the last 3-4 years, I have been happy with almost all of them with the few needing to be returned I have not had any problems doing so, the refund process is usually quick and easy. The customer service team are very, very helpful and always call back or email within the time frame given. The delivery’s are always on time and collections are collected with updates for when they will be arriving, drivers always smiling and chatty as well as polite. I’m actually impressed with the service F123 have provided me.”

“I had an issue with faulty goods from the supplier which was well resolved by Furniture123. Goods are also great. Beware the cost of calling customer services as 2 calls each around 10 minutes cost me £20 in total, bit of a sting in the tail.”

“Fairly straightforward experience with this company. We ordered a lovely velvet corner sofa that arrived when it was schedule to. It was well-packaged and easy to construct- my partner just screwed in the legs, which look very sturdy. The delivery men carried it into my house and placed it down gently - they were really very nice.”

“After weeks of searching online I found my perfect garden modular set. It arrived quickly, was a little challenging to assemble but I managed it on my own, and looks great and is very comfortable. The only negative is that the glass is not fixed on the table so there is the potential for it to slide off and smash. Overall I'm really pleased.”

“Bought a load of kids furniture from this site including bed, wardrobe, bedside chest etc. and generally happy enough with what we got for the price. Delivered on time with tracking provided so no problems there.”

“Look fantastic nice strong smart table delivered on time Would buy again but sadly a art missing in light the adapter Took me & dad 5 hours to built. but love the end result hopefully I’ll get an adapter to sort out my lighting Over all nice”

“Love the swing chair, it looks great and was easy to put together. Only reason i'm not giving 5 stars is because the box was entirely open and broken on delivery and parts fell out as it was removed from the truck and taken to my driveway. However, the issue was dealt with quickly and impressively by 123 Furniture when I contacted them, so I would use them again.”

“Great customer service, product arrived early and very good comms. Would highly recommend them. Slightly disappointed that the bed didn’t have a proper bottom to it (only a flimsy sheet) but you pay for what you get! Bed still looks great”

“Ordered a settee in January was worried as couldn’t try it etc and was a little annoyed the deliver date kept changing but that’s covid life I guess! Turned up yesterday the two guys were friendly and polite couldn’t fault them - loving the settee so just ordered the 3-seater”
