“The light is terrific just what we wanted and v reasonable but it did take a while to arrive otherwise all perfect”

“Really stunning piece of furniture. It looks really beautiful in the "guest room". I wouldn't say this is comfortable enough for your everyday sofa but perfect for occasional use. Really fast delivery the email said up to 3 weeks but arrived in less than 3 days.”

“It came on time unfortunately a piece was broken and after a little hiccup the replacement piece was sent out. Just missing 1 screw for lats ...piece p...the bunk beds look great and are very sturdy.”

“I ordered a table which I love and thought was a good price too. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was delivery. They notified me of delivery after I'd ordered and delivery date was 2 days after ordering, great you might think. However I was at work all day and so was my daughter and neighbours. I tried to contact them to change delivery date, I got an email confirming receipt and then saying I would be contacted within 5 days. Too late. Luckily my neighbour arrived home as they delivered and took in my table for me after speaking to the driver who said he didnt know when he'd be able to get back with it due to it being almost Christmas. Other than that the company and my purchase are great”

“The item was delivered in a timely manner, but picture showed a slightly different colour, more yellow that mustard. Also I think there needs to be more information about what material is used in the interior of the product, whether it is filled with foam or sponge etc.”

“Furniture is excellent however delivery date was altered a couple of times due to supplier issues. Driver called 30 minutes earlier to make sure we were home as promised.”

“Gorgeous bed. I rang beforehand to double check how it would arrive - I was told in 2 large pieces and assembled but it arrived flatpack however this meant that it could actually fit in my house which is good. I was also told the driver would ring me 30 minutes beforehand as I don't live at the property but this didn't happen. The assembly instructions are easy to follow although there are some incorrectly labelled parts in the pamphlet. There are also 4 screws that are meant to secure the frame to the piston mechanism but no holes to put them in (there are holes on one side of the frame but not the other) so I am worried that with only one screw either side the bed is not secure. Seems ok for now though and is gorgeous. Haven't slept on it yet but seems good enough. I assembled it on my own but the inner frame pops out when working on the other side to assemble it so would be easier with another person to hold the other end in place.”

“Bought 2 things from here now and both have been quick delivery and fair quality. The second thing I bought was a desk and it was quite expensive, but it did feel a bit cheap and nasty to put together so i was quite disappointed at the flat pack stage. However now it’s up it looks really good, I just won’t lean on it too hard or break it down as I’m not sure it will take being put back together, the screw holes are poorly reinforced and get worn away every time you re screw it”

“I picked up the chest of drawers from the depot, so no delivery involved. The chest was packed well, the assembly instructions clear and the chest good value for money. I deliberately chose a small compact chest, but it is sturdy and looks good. We had problems with one set of runners and replaced them with a better design.”

“Super Quick delivery, table had a few imperfections, scratches and indents on top. Was a bit cheap quality but I guess that’s what’s expected for the price. Overall looks good”

“My dark green velvet Payton Loveseat is gorgeous. Seats a bit hard so thankfully not my main seat. Main reason for not providing 5 stars is delivery provider needs some lessons in handling that's been paid a lot of money for. Had to tell them to not fling my chair through the door and to take their time! Reminded me abit of amazon deliveries which isn't a great benchmark!”
