“Not a review, but this is for attention of Marian, as could not answer the question sent to me. It would not reply to you..Yes, the steps &desk can be swopped position, if you look at picture 6 on the website pictures, it shows the way you would like.”

“Ordered a mid bed sleeper, with attached desk, well packaged, good delivery, although last minute rush as the expected delivery time was brought forward by an hour. Fairly easy to assemble the bed once started, identifying the pieces correctly is imperative, especially the 4 corners, labeling the parts would be helpful. The bed looks great.”

“A good product and reasonably priced. My only issue was the additional charge for delivery that is not mentioned until the end. Was also charged for a 2 man delivery, it was then delivered by 1 man who struggled due to size and weight of a complete bunk bed. Delivery driver wad polite and finally did the job, but it was not fair in him or us when we had paid for a 2 man delivery. Delivered at the agreed time and on my preferred date, so generally happy and would use again...”

“TV Cabinet/Stand arrived on the day promised and the delivery guy was very helpful. Unit is really well made and was easy to put together. It looks stunning. Only issue is that the drawer runners do not line up and thus the drawers do not align accurately. (This is a comment I have seen before regarding this unit). With some very careful DIY attention it is now looking as it was supposed to. Shame they could not get that right as the rest is first class.”

“Great table and chairs for half the price of elsewhere! Only fault I would have is the delivery. After it did not show on time i called customer service, after waiting 13 minutes on hold to get through, now past the delivery time, was told the delivery had not gone out correctly by DX. This was sorted by the team quickly and rearranged however had to wait another 3 days.”

“Delivery and service was great, everything arrived on time. The table and chairs are beautiful however when putting them together there was no holes for the screws which meant I had to screw them in myself which was very tiring and also left my hands in blistered as it said no drill to be used. I do think the table and bench should of had pre holes in ready as this would have saved a lot of time and less damage to my hands. Although all in all I loved them and would definitely order from here again! :)”

“Over all pleased, lots of parts but very sturdy when complete my daughter loves it and had her first sleep over tonight There where a few marks on it which was disappointing and the exposed screws don’t look right. Also VERY. Pale pink more like white”

“Bedroom furniture looks more expensive than the price paid. Instructions could be more precise and delivery was eventually on time after 3 different dates. Overall the furniture looks beautiful x”

“Ordered Grey Kayleigh velvet chairs and Rhode Island round table. Chairs are good quality & look more expensive than price paid, & once put together table looks great too, would highly recommend 😊”

“Delivery was quick and the delivery men were friendly and carried all the packages in, only disappointment was one of the packages was dropped on the vans floor but it was undamaged. The wardrobes are OK, you get what you pay for, even though I ensured they were square when I put them together the doors still don't fit properly and one of the drawer sides was damaged but I did a little repair and fixed it without sending it back. Overall as said you get what you pay for and they are OK for the money, I would use the company again”

“Ordered a dining table and chairs, was given a 4 HR time slot for delivery and told that we would receive a phonecall when 30 minutes away which never happened they just arrived. The delivery team did not wait for us to unpack to check sadly there was a couple of thin scratches on the table top but because of the hassle to repack and return we decided to just keep as. Overall very happy with product just a shame there are the 2 scratches which I keep covering with placemat.”
