“Fast efficient delivery , had to pay to choose but very few other companies gave you the option . Sofas beautiful! Didn’t really want a sofa bed but no 3 seater that wasn’t one.So can’t really comment on bed as haven’t tried . Price middle of road but being available immediately was worth the extra .”

“Ordered 2 items on next day delivery, Desk arrived next day via white van courier, all good. Bed arrived 2 days late with the most awful courier service. Door step delivery, wedged it in the open door and left. Rude delivery men who said due to COVID will not enter properties!! I offered them clean surgical masks, but they just walked off. Avoid deliveries by ARROW couriers. We are not in a COVID high risk area....... Took 2 men to carry to doorstep, yet they think it's perfectly acceptable to leave wedged in doorway for a women to haul upstairs 😡”

“Amazingly quick delivery with clear texts about the arrival timing. Good instructions and not too bad to build. There were some scuffs on the paintwork in visible places so this is what stops me from giving 5 stars.”

“This sofa is excellent value, really comfy and looks amazing. The only problem was I couldn’t screw the legs on properly. The screws just wouldn’t go into the holes.”

“Really happy with my cabinet, it looks much more expensive than it was. Solid and well made and i only had to fix the legs. Very good value. Arrived very quickly so apart from the grumpy delivery driver all good.”

“Good quality furniture Delivery was on date and time and the delivery men placed items just inside my door due to Covid restrictions. All small fixings were in separate bags so selection of the correct item as described was easy. My only downside was you need at least 3 hours plus to put together so dropped a star rating for this.”

“Ottoman is lovely, looks great in my living room. It’s spacious, fits in a lot of stuff. Price was good. Delivery was a day late which was disappointing, company advised delivery is not handled by themselves.”

“Products arrived on time and were what I ordered, price was competitive after shopping around. Products (dining chairs) are comfortable for a time and then you can really feel the wood under the thighs at the front of the chair, so then they are uncomfortable which is disappointing. Need more padding in that area. Supportive back however which is what I wanted.”

“Really pleased with our purchase, the only thing that made it 4 stars, the screws that attach the bed slats to the bed are too long and scratched the desk as we push it under the bed. Still you can't see the scratches, but i know they are there.”

“Good storage, sturdy base. Nice colour, fits well into a small space. Perhaps a redesign around the bolster cushion attachment as can be flimsy.”
