“Beautiful looking chairs! With great fast delivery. My only snag is that 2 of the chair seats are really hard when sitting on prepared to the other 2 with a much more 'spongier' feel about them. Apart from that very happy!”

“Items were well packaged and look good once all put together. We did have two cancelled deliveries before they managed to deliver due to supply problems which was a bit inconvenient, but we had expected some delay just not as long as we did wait. When I emailed I got a quick response and apology for the delay and assured that they would be delivered as soon as possible.”

“I am very happy with the product. I bought one ottoman and was so happy I ordered another the next day. However I then found out I wouldn't be in the area the next week when it was to be delivered. I called them and couldn't get through. The line went dead. I left 4 messages on their chat asking them to either delay the order or cancel it. Still no answer. They then sent the product. It was annoying. But other than that I'm happy with the actual product”

“Lovely chest of drawers and extremely well made. Nice to have something a bit different for a dressing room. Only 4 stars as delivery was dumped at doorstep in rain and drivers wouldn’t carry indoors for us.”

“I have to say I was a bit concerned purchasing a bed from this company after seeing some of the reviews. However, I cannot fault them one bit. Delivery was exactly as they said, a text the day before giving me a delivery slot and I was phoned on the day half an hour prior to let me know they were on their way. The delivery men were very pleasant and everything was correct and present. The only downside was that the instructions were not the best but it wasn't rocket science and we worked it out.”

“Couldn't fault the how quickly the bed was delivered. The delivery itself was quite unprofessional, tatty well worn van no driver ID, the 6 boxes were dumped in the porch, all feedback for this has been sent as per previous request form. The bed itself was formed of 6 different boxes, none of which were labelled at to what part of it each box was (it was a cabin bed which included drawers and bookcases etc), so had to unpack everything all at once to find the pieces we needed to complete the bedstead first. The wood itself seemed quite flimsy in places and was quite difficult to put some pieces together as there were pre-drilled holes either missing or in the wrong places. It would also help if the wood was labelled as the fixtures were, or even if in the instruction manual the pictures gave a clearer indication of the different pieces. It took 2-3 hours to build everything, with two of us doing separate bits. Once the full set was put together, it looked lovely and very effective, and my 5 year old son adores his new bed. It seems strong and sturdy and will hopefully last into his pre teen years.”

“Great bunk bed, kids love it and it looks fab. Delivered on time with no damage, took a while to build but this was due to the size of the bed and was a fun challenge anyway. Overall superb value for money, would recommend.”
