“I love the look of this bed, very good quality for a very good price. Customer service was excellent, arranged for delivery at a later date which was no problem and it arrived on time, the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it was a little difficult to put together, but otherwise great colour and looks good in my new bedroom 😁 Thanks 123 Furniture”

“Beautiful chair, the colour is exactly what I imagined. Good description from seller very happy with the product. There are slight creases in the velvet hence the 4 stars but hoping this will fade out and I really do love it! Delivery took a little longer than initially planned but good communication. Product packed well and easy to assemble.”

“Nice quality unit well packaged and delivered on time and safely. Fairly straight forward to put together and door adjustments well explained. Would have received a higher score except for the fact that the light requires an adapter to work in the UK. I missed it on the website and for the price I think it should be included.”

“Well packed and easy to assemble. The allan key supplied is not the best quality. The delivery time was very long and was extended twice.”

“The garden furniture set is lovely now its put together! Could really do with emphasising that it requires total assembly. The delivery men were great, friendly and punctual a credit to you! Our family love using it. We are really pleased with it thank you !”

“Hi I love my chair and footstool. Great quality. I did have a slight issue with delivery date. It was down for August then got a delivery date saying there's been a delay it's now coming in July ??? Emailed as I was working on the July date. they emailed back saying no it's August. Then got a message saying it will be with you within next few hours in July ?? Had to quickly get someone to go and sit at my home. Great delivery guys tho, no other issues and I would purchase again x”

“The Chest of drawers is lovely. However I was given a delivery date of Friday 17th July. Got a text 7.30am with time slot on the morning of the 17th. Then a text say were running a bit late about 11am then 6pm in the evening! Got a text to say...we wont be able to deliver.... After waiting in all day! However it did come the next day but I had to phone to check when it was next being delivered. On a positive note the delivery men were very helpful and polite.”

“Beautiful bed so happy with it and I managed to get it at a cheaper price as purchased a grade a bed, it was reduced as the box had been opened which was evident when arrived however all parts were present. My only gripe was that the back of the headboard material was torn in 2 places but because this would never be seen when bed is put together it wasn’t an issue for me. A bit difficult putting it together but I was on my own doing it and it says it’s a two man job so my own fault. Delivery was super quick and drivers were very polite and helpful despite COVID. Transaction was easy and simple. I’ve already recommended two friends and will be purchasing future furniture pieces.”

“They have been alright. There was a lead time of 2 weeks for my item to be delivered and the delivery was quite expensive. Also, they emailed the day before delivery explaining that they would call before getting to our address. They didn’t call and said that they had an incorrect number but because I am currently working from home I was on a conference call when they knocked on my door. Some slight tweaks to their processes and delivery charge and they’d be a great company.”

“The only complaint I have is about the chairs which are really badly designed,very difficult to assemble because some of the fittings frankly don't fit properly.I would suggest this matter is looked at.Apart from that the suite is good value.”

“Great service and delivery. The bed came the next day. Very good quality and great for storage... the metal studs aren't quite in line with eachother but that's a minor issue.. it did take 3.5 hours to build but is worth it.”
