“Happy with the purchase of Harper white 3 door wardrobes ... Took a bit of assembling but well worth it Definitely requires two for assembly weight wise ... Couple of small dents at corners and one of the drawer backs was split , but all remain hidden. so decided to accept Well packaged and solid units once put together ..Replaced Handles improved the look .. Products were shown as in stock ready for delivery , but once ordered the delivery dates were extended twice as they were waiting on stock ? so maybe a bit misleading on that front. Disappointed after placing initial order I decided to purchase a second unit... Had to pay delivery costs twice as it was not possible to merge the orders into one. I reckon a postage refund on one of the units would have been a good gesture after spending several hundred on furniture. Otherwise”

“After waiting several weeks (which we were aware of) my daughters bed arrvd on the day advised & between the delivery slot advised, however the mattress wasn't. After speaking to the driver who suggested to try customer service i did to be told it would be delvd by 2pm the same day. At 4.20pm no matress called again & office closed. Sent e-mail titled 'missing item'. Rang again the following day to be told it would be with us with 5dys & someone would call me bk by the end of play. No call just a text mess saying within 5dys! No very good customer service. A new bed is no good without the mattress!! Cant believe these are not delvd together! Dare 't open the bed as im not convinced the mattress will be here anytime soon!!”

“Amazing. Ordered and received within 2 days. Only downside were the legs for the bed-frame but have decided to order some new taller and sturdier ones. The quality of the frame was amazing for the money.”

“Second bed we have bought abx very happy with both products in terms of quality and service. I would say the 2 hours suggested to put together is very optimistic as it took us over 5 (the last bed was a lot quicker).”

“Really pleased with my bench, makes a great addition to my hallway. Storage capacity is great. Had problems placing the order but customer service was helpful in sorting this out. Had a really long wait time so delivery was really slow. Waited a couple of months for this to arrive. Worth it as the product is great.”

“Delivery was good and arrived as expexted. Took a few hours to assemble the bed and it's def a 2 person job. Instructions could have been clearer and at one point had to guess the next stage. Pistons were faulty but customer service was very responsive and received the new parts in a few days. The bed looks great but the handle that stops the mattress from sliding off when raised keeps popping off so I've just taken it off. Suggest you scotchgard the velvet parts before use. All in all a good bed but instructions need to be improved.”

“Started off really disappointed as the 2mtr hi gloss TV unit I ordered was advertises as a one week lead in for delivery. After payment was taken I was emailed the next day to inform the delivery estimated was 6 weeks. DX duly delivered 6 weeks later, the box was heavily damaged but thankfully all contents intact. The build was pretty straight forward with a clear instruction manual to work from. Once put together the unit is a very well constructed piece of furniture and I am more than happy with the finished article.”

“Good price for high gloss TV unit, well packed and delivered on time. Instruction good and simple to follow, however the fitting of the draw runners didn't follow the same format and took 3 attempts to get right. All in all for a 2m unit it was easy to build.”

“I ordered a wardrobe and got it delivered the next day even in these difficult times of covid 19. Very happy with the product now it's assembled! Either my man needs a DIY course or it was rather complicated to put together. I think it's 50/50!!”

“Exactly as described and what I wanted. Arrived earlier than anticipated by 2 great delivery men. Adds a modern updated look to the room. Ideal for a couple but probably not up to a robust family with young children jumping around on it.”
