“Exactly as described and what I wanted. Arrived earlier than anticipated by 2 great delivery men. Adds a modern updated look to the room. Ideal for a couple but probably not up to a robust family with young children jumping around on it.”

“Bed material is lovely and soft, doesn’t look cheap. The assembly took more than 3 hours only because certain bits were quite fiddly and the slats seemed too big to slot in unless you loosened screws in certain other areas, which created another problem once we wanted to put the screws back after putting in the slats. Had to maneuvre it about a bit to get everyone fitted and tightened. All in all apart from the assembly it’s a great bed, higher than I expected it to be which is great. Makes my old mattress feel new which is weird. Love it.”

“Mid-sleeper cabin bed. Pricing was very good and assembly was easy. Delivery was ok. The couriers were miserable, borderline rude and did not reflect the high level of customer service received from Furniture 123.”

“It was great that you were able to deliver during Lockdown and that delivery was free and within 48 hours. There was an item missing from the delivery. It took me two days to get through to you on the phone to rectify this, which was understandable in the current situation, but I wish your phone line had been more honest (the callback time was said to be an hour and a half and I did not received a call that day, over 7 hours later!). The order was really well packaged. The instructions were really easy to follow, although the suggested assembly time scale was optimistic to say the least! We're really pleased with the cabin bed that we purchased especially for the price.”

“Delivery service was on time and kept me informed. Covid restrictions meant delivery was to ground floor - don't know what happens at other times. Boxes were very heavy to move up 2 flights of stairs (wardrobe). Packaging was thorough and secure. On removing packaging one panel was marked and another had a poorly finished edge. Must have been like that before packing. Fortunately neither was obvious when built and in place. Some concern about how flimsy the doors are in relation to how strong the door catches are. You have to really pull or push to open and close which bends the doors and time will tell if this is a problem. It looks good.”

“Changed delivery date twice, and only on day of delivery did I get an estimate of time of day, a two hour window. This was a cabin bed, with desk, shelves and drawers. Don’t underestimate how long it will take to assemble, for me six hours, albeit I was working alone. Every component was present and correct. Close attention to the instructions is required, as there are subtle but important differences between components. Finished item is pretty good quality. My grandson loves it.”

“It is really good for the price, however building the bed was a different story, the instructions was in the last box, i did panic thinking or had no instructions, but it's built and sturdy, happy with the purchase.”

“Delivered promptly, its a good quality bed and looks amazing in the room. Instructions were confusing in parts and it does take 3hours if not longer to build. The sheet at the bottom is velcro and could have been a sturdier board.”

“Really pleased with my new tv stand with the fire insert. Disappointed that there was no tracking information on when my parcel was arriving, luckily I was in when it arrived but driver was ready to drive away before I had answered the door.”
