“I would have given 5 stars, only the website had a few issues with payment etc. when ordering which wasn't perfect. However once the order had been placed the customer service was great. The customer service team split the delivery so i didnt have to wait so long for the bed and matress to come together. The delivery turned up on time in the time slot and was handled very well. Was very dubious using them as had never heard of 123 before but was very pleased, and bed was great. Thanks!”

“Great service, speedy delivery and very happy with our Harper wardrobe. It’s really good quality and has certainly been built to last. I haven’t given them that extra star as there were a few scuffs and chips to the back panels but they redeemed themselves when we complained, They looked after us. We have since went on and bought another 2 harper wardrobes in anthracite. Very happy with our purchase!”

“Great products at a great price, bed and dining table. The glass table was broken on delivery but changed very quickly. Looks great in the lounge dinner. Safina ottoman bed also looks great.”

“Not had any issues and their customer service is very good considering the current climate. My only complaint is that the desk I ordered has not arrived yet. I have now been told it can take up to 10 days but I wasnt made aware of this at the time”

“Good helpful service on telephone. Very pleased with goods. Had a problem trying to unstuck table extension but eventually worked it out. We had misplaced the instructions. So our own fault.”

“Excellent Bunk Bed! Very solid construction. Took approx 2.5 hours to build alone. Instructions were very easy to follow and all parts were labelled😊 1 corner of laminate was damaged all in all very please with purchase and price.”
