“Sofas are lovely, wish the cushions were a bit more durable. Less than one week of use and shape of cushions are sagging.”

“Very good quality furniture.....ok perhaps slightly over priced. My order arrived with some slight damage which was caused by the manufacturers packing. I was able to repair quite easily which avoided the hassle of sending piece back and waiting for replacement. For this I was given a £45 standard refund. So cannot fault service in these crazy times.”

“Great service and delivery. Love the bunk beds, the look and the quality are great and very sturdy and safe. Larger than I thought they would be but that's my fault for not measuring before buying. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase especially at the price. Just one thing - attaching the lats is the most difficult thing I have ever come across. The screws are almost impossible to get into the holes in the rails. Much patience and sore fingers required!”

“My card wouldn’t go through a few times. Then emailed me each time but couldn’t be bothered to answer my calls or emails when I was asking to cancel to re order. Luckily I sorted it in the end. Instructions are rubbish. But after 4 hours we now do have a nice bed”

“Very happy with the desk and also the service received. Delivery kept us informed all day when and where they were. Only point I would make is that the desk was not the easiest to put together and the instructions were a little difficult to follow”

“I took delivery of a chandelier lamp. It was very lovely apart from one glass hanger was the wrong way round and also the actual piece of wire that holds the glass that hangs doesn’t sit true to the shade metal circle. Think the product wasn’t checked properly when put together.”

“Fast service. Great funature at a really good price. Only reason I have dropped a star is because tracking information was really poor. The tracking link said that it couldn be tracked. Delivered 2 days later than stated but given covid that’s understandable. Overall fantastic quality and price.”

“Second purchase from here, once again I'm very impressed. Item came mostly assembled which is great, really good quality and price, looks fab and exactly like as expected. Delivery was quick. Only marked down as the arms are velcroed on and not 100% sturdy but look great.”

“Next day delivery was fantastic. The product is really nice and heavy. Only had a slight problem with a hole not being deep enough but we managed to resolve this ourselves. Draws are not on runners so are heavy to open. Very good instructions and labelled parts”

“Happy with how sturdy the bed is, it happily takes my weight when I'm trying to change the covers etc. Had an issue with the chest of drawers as one part was bowed, they sent me out the spare bit straight away. Customer service was good. Only a few flaws that make it less than perfect, some parts of the finish weren't great, and the holes weren't properly drilled. The tops that go on the footboard and headboard don't feel very secure. I did a lot of research to find the right bed and overall I am still happy with my decision and purchase.”
