“I was very pleased with the product and the guys that delivered it despite the government I forces lock down they where helpful and very plesent its just a shame it took over a month to fulfill my order.”

“I bought the wardrobe ,Dressing table and chest of drawers. I had them built by myself in a day,Except for the actual drawers I got bored making them.They look fab,but the only negative is I was hoping for next day delivery,It didn,t happen I had to wait 3 weeks ,then it was put off for another week. But great value for money”

“Lovely bed, I found it quite easy to put up myself, considering all the complaints on line, the only thing I was disappointed in was the colour its alot darker so don't decorate till it arrives🤔”

“Wardrobe delivered promptly, complete and undamaged. Allow plenty of time to assemble. We had to trim the 3 back panels as did not quite fit. We also screw fixed the shelves to make the whole unit more rigid. I am pleased with the product, pretty good quality given the reasonable price paid. My 17 year old daughter is very pleased with it.”

“Good service. Bed looks great and easy to assemble. Only criticism is that they wouldn’t deliver to the bedroom upstairs (I thought I read they delivered upstairs but now I can’t see anything on the website to say that) but the delivery men were patient whilst I made room in the conservatory for them to place the bed in.”

“The product is spot on, the customers service was good although I did have to chase my delivery date to arrange for someone to be in the property but it was no big deal really. However whenever I sent an email I did receive a quick response. I would use them again”

“In the whole, pleased with the velvet ottoman I ordered. Good quality, competitive price, speedy delivery. The only negative is the colour which is not the same as on the website (says baby pink but it's actually an insipid beige pink, barely discernable as pink). I would ordinarily have returned a product I wasn't 100% happy with but the refurb project I was working on had to be finished the day the ottoman arrived.”

“Unbelievably efficient and friendly customer service, fro. Information to delivery chaps - I was truly impressed. Bedside tables and chest of drawers are lively, good quality and look splendid. One minor detail - the push open/close mechanism is not strong enough and gets stuck quite often.”

“I’ve now ordered 3 sets of bunk beds from here all came on time by helpful couriers with courtesy calls half hour prior to delivery no damage an fab quality for price I will 100% use this company again and recommend to others thank you”

“Love my new bedside table and Chester drawers it completes my bedroom. The finish of the furniture is very classy. Yeah it would be nice if the drawers we're deeper but apart from that I am happy with my purchase”

“Beautiful bed. My 6 year old and 4 year old loved it. The only thing I didnt like about furniture 123 is the cost of the postage . I paid £20 for the postage. I believe when you pay £214 for a product the least you should get is a free delivery. Otherwise the delivery was bang on time. The bed looks nice in my girls room. Thanks”
