“Delivery on date and time as requested. Bed was of good quality and went together with no issues. One small niggle, some of the corners had very sharp edges which needed filing down.”

“Really good quality bed, delivered quickly, and helpful notifications of delivery status. Surprised at the quality, have other flat packed furniture from another well know supplier (not naming any names @rg05), and this is far superior. Had a slight scratch on a cupboard door but I don't think it's going to stand out so I haven't contacted furniture123. Thanks.”

“Was happy to receive when told delivery would happen. Didn’t realise it was flat pack!!!!!! Having problems putting together dining chairs but will get there eventually, I suppose. Week later still not together but have a blister from Allen key on thumb.”

“My daybed is lovely & instructions was very easy to read. Only problem I had is it didn’t arrive the day it was supposed to which I had to book a day of work to wait in for it which was very annoying as it didn’t arrive. Came 3 days later which luckily my son was home to except it.”

“Would totally recommend this website. Always nervous when buying flat packed furniture but the quality of this product is outstanding. Every piece was clearly labelled and instructions were easy to follow. Although 2 bits were missing the customer service team had them to us with days with no quibbles. Will be buying again from them very soon.”

“Great service, price and delivery only down side was that there was no warning of bed slats being stored in back of headboard, so when moving it about they all fell out and thought what the heck was that.”
