“Large chest of drawers was fairly simple to construct a few screws short but overall I'm happy with the finished item . I will leave a review for wardrobe when I have finished”

“Although we had to wait 11 weeks for our delivery after being told the item was in stock and would be out for delivery the next day, it was so worth the wait, delivery driver was so very friendly and helpful and our daughter is super happy with her new princess bed. Thankyou”

“Excellent Service. One piece was damaged but a quick call and a replacement was delivered. Not a simple assembly. Might be easier if parts had labels to correspond with those in the instructions.”

“Great shoes cupboard at a good price. Instructions are not easy but it’s okey. Only issue is the delivery date changed on day before delivery and new date was after 21 days. So waited 26 days before got the furniture which they should have to mention at the time of order.”

“Delivery and packing fine. The product, bunk beds and mattress were very good value for money. Assembly a bit of a marathon but good instructions. Only problem we had was that one of the ladder rungs was incorrectly drilled. Two dowel holes instead of one dowel hole and a screw clearance hole. It need some carpentry work which might be too difficult for some.”

“Furniture as was hoping, very elegant. Slight nick on TV unit. The delivery process was one man delivery, excess weight to much for one as two man job, only solution was to assist which wasn't the beast as of previous back injury, but this was the only way to receive delivery. Douglas”

“Our bed was delivered 2 days after ordering- brilliant! Was time consuming to assemble but was simple. Quality is good for how much you pay. The shade of grey is a lot lighter than advertised. More of a silver grey than Charcoal grey as the sales image proposes. Overall good value for money!”

“Delivery on time and product looks good. Instructions regarding nuts and bolts a bit hit and miss. Had a few spares . Had ottamen bed. So if you buy one. Be thoughtful to read instructions. As they hide bed struts in back of headboard. ??? Also gas struts need some good brute force initially and dont be concerned if it keeps coming up. Struts will settle eventually. Makes you feel like you put it together wrong. Not mentioned in instructions. 8/10”

“I purchased the dusky pink ottoman bedding chest. It arrived speedily and is exactly as shown on the site. TBH i should have noted that it didn’t have a tab to lift the lid. So you have to put your hands on the velvet to lift the lid ...and leave hand marks on it every time you open it. I also should have noted it doesn’t have feet of any kind so it’s flat onto the floor. It’s going to get marked when you vac or brush the floor. We put legs on it .... not made a great job of it as you can see. Disappointed but my own fault for seeing what I wanted to see rather than what is. I hope this helps you.”
