“Very slow to answer emails and then they didn't answer the questions correctly. However, delivery was superb, came earlier than expected and compared to other stores the price was good too.”

“Bed arrived on day, made up 3 days later, great product. Only thing was one leg hadn't been sprayed 100%, this bit I've put against wall so can't see and didn't warrant complaining. I would return .”

“Very quick and efficient delivery. The guys unpacked the pieces of furniture, assembled them for us and took them up to the required room, all at no extra cost. They took away the packaging as well, which is a big help. The furniture is decent quality and looks lovely in the room. It's reasonably basic e.g. no runners inside the drawers - it's all just wood - but still functions well and wasn't expensive so you get what you pay for.”

“Great delivery service- the men were very helpful and extremely polite and friendly. The product- a wardrobe, was very sturdy and heavy for the price. I am very impressed with this. The instructions are very clear and everything is labelled accurately and clearly to ensure ease of assembly. However, the holes (for the screws and bolts) were slightly unaligned, which meant we had to keep adjusting, tightening and loosening the bolts. Other than a slight annoyance with assembly, I am very impressed.”

“The bedside tables and chest of draws were actually superb! Best flat pack we’ve ever had. Miles better than any Swedish manufactured units. The stuff weighed a ton when built, solid as anything. Would have been nice to see the units in a showroom first but we took a punt and we are over the moon with them! Grey Austin range was for our Sons bedroom, perfect!”

“Great quality product- very happy with it. Advice I would give is not to buy if you intend to put it in a corner. Though think it is more to do with the shape of our boys room. We cannot get the desk part in. Also, use an electronic screwdriver! Other than that instructions are good. All holes well lined up. Delivery guys checked contents thoroughly which assured me. No problems at all with the quality as other reviews describe. Dark grey looks great.”

“Delivery was amazing came exactly when they said and had regular updates. It easy to assemble and then sturdiness was exactly what we wanted, colour and fabric luxurious. The only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars were the bolsters, they are stuck on with Velcro and look like they don’t belong, I’m hoping they plump up more but a little disappointed with this feature.”

“Good Value for money, Solid piece of furniture (70kg +) and well packaged. It did take several hours to assemble, and I’d like to think I’m quite capable! Pleased with product, but let down twice with cancelled deliveries.”
