“Great product and easy to assemble, parts well labelled, only issue one bent screw and one screw untapped. Service was very good though and we’ll communicated throughout.”

“I though your service was very good and delivery was also very good. Only issue i did have was that the product i bought was advertised as Free Delivery but i was charged £39.99 delivery charge. When i went and checked my product out there was no option for free delivery.”

“Our experience with furniture 123 was good. The delivery was on time, the product is of good quality and comfortable (we got an ottoman bed). The only thing that was a bit frustrating was the assembly. We actually hired someone to assemble it and it took him twice as long as it normally takes him to assemble such an item from other companies. He said the instructions were very poorly written and very confusing. Once it was finally assembled, we were happy with it.”

“They were delayed by a few hours, but did phone to inform me. They carried the heavy furniture upstairs thankfully, around some difficult corners though unfortunately this did result in a couple of scratches/marks on the wall. I doubt this was unavoidable though given the space. They were polite and efficient. The furniture was in perfect condition.”

“We found the bed to be really well made and pretty sturdy. It took us a couple of hours to assemble but that was more us taking our time to make sure we did it right, we also PVA glued every dowel. Overall we’re happy with the service from Furniture 123 (the delivery driver was very friendly and even helped us check the boxes) and the bed appears good quality.”

“In an age where much of what we buy tends to be sub-standard, the furniture was really quite good and great value for money. I would recommend with a clear conscience. Four stars given as nothing is perfect.”

“Pretty nice bunk bed. Took my husband a few hours to build (although he did have some 'help' from our kids) Not altogthter that substantial (side rails on top bunk are pretty bendable!!) Some of the pre drilled holes are a little off and meant the top rail at the foot end of one of the beds didn't sit flush but we have doctored it satisfactorily. That said, it's a good budget bed, probably only outdone if we were to spend twice the price. Would we buy this again? I'd say yes if our budget was the same. Delivery. We got a 3 hour timeslot the evening before which was helpful although the "driver will call 30 mins before" didn't happen but luckily they arrived before the afternoon school run so I was home.”

“Really happy with the furniture. Its solid and sturdy and looks great. my only issue was that i was told the furniture couldnt be delivered until the 23 December. This was no problem to me as i needed to decorate the bedroom and this would give me plenty of time. However without letting me know the furniture was delivered on the 12th November.”
