“Great table but delivery was poor! Legs of table was delivered but table top didnt arrive to 3 days later 😐”

“Love the console table, exactly what I wanted and as described, easy to put together, just a little issue with lack of delivery information but as soon as I contacted them it was sorted.”

“I have given four stars only because of the delivery system in place. I was unable to contact Furniture 123 direct however did call delivery company who were exceptionally helpful. My daughters bed is gorgeous, really good quality and will last her for a long time.”

“Got the pink velvet scroll bed, easy to put together and looks great, sturdy too. Only issue was with the courier. They Messed up the delivery days. Took 2 weeks from when I ordered to when I received it.”

“All arrived ok and the delivery person was very helpfull in bringing the heavy pieces in , unfortunately it was a little late and made my husband late for work and as he is self employed , this had a negative effect on his customers who were expecting him earlier . As my husband works for the elderly and disabled, this was not ok.”

“Great product, great price and delivered when they advised. My only gripe was the delivery company were unable to provide a time slot until after 11am. In this instance it was 5:15pm to 6:15pm so my wife didn’t need to use a days holiday. Apart from this, I would recommend and would use again.”

“Quality delivery everything was good my only concern was I thought my bank had been hacked as it shown a completely different name so spent time cancelling all cards etc and bank started and investigation was only when we started to assemble product we seen the name in the instructions 🙈”

“We were really pleased with customer service, delivery and the furniture itself. However, there was a scratch on the top of the chest of drawers. There was no way we could check this before the delivery men left, as we were advised to do. We decided not to send it back as we needed it straight away and had already built it before we saw it. Apart from this we have no complaints.”

“This is a great shop! The furniture we've bought so far has been amazing, such good value and quality too and we've now ordered quite a few bits of bedroom and lounge furniture and not been disappointed in any of it. I would've given 5 stars but one of our deliveries had a missing wardrobe which we were desperate for, having just moved house. This didn't arrive until a week later which was probably more the fault of the carriers. I'd certainly shop with Furniture 123 again.”

“This is the first time I have ordered furniture on-line, I was struggling to find a tv unit big enough and with hidden storage. I am so pleased with how it looks in our newly decorated room! My husband built it and he is quite handy so it didn't take him as long as some of the other reviews. Nevertheless he did have to drill some new holes as the pre-drilled did not align up the drawers. This is clearly a fault with the design as others have also made the same comment.”

“Good quality, a bit pricy and there were bits missing from one of the packs. Got in touch with customer service and they sent the missing bits. It wasn't their fault as the furniture (at least the one i bought) came all packed from a factory in Brazil, i think. It took 2 weeks for the missing parts to arrive, a bit long.. Meantime we could not use the bed :))”

“Reading the negative reviews, it's a classic case of if there's no issues with damages or delivery then all is fine but if you need to contact customer services for any reason, expect no help whatsoever.. it's a gamble! I was one of the lucky ones, good quality bed, delivered on time with no issues. Was quite difficult and time consuming to put together but looks lovely now.”
