“I purchased the dusky pink ottoman bedding chest. It arrived speedily and is exactly as shown on the site. TBH i should have noted that it didn’t have a tab to lift the lid. So you have to put your hands on the velvet to lift the lid ...and leave hand marks on it every time you open it. I also should have noted it doesn’t have feet of any kind so it’s flat onto the floor. It’s going to get marked when you vac or brush the floor. We put legs on it .... not made a great job of it as you can see. Disappointed but my own fault for seeing what I wanted to see rather than what is. I hope this helps you.”

“Really impressed by the service provided. Was able to pick a set delivery date and was sent a 1 hour delivery slot. Furniture looks good. Only issue is that there was big stickers On the ladder for the bed that have left sticky residue which is proving almost impossible to remove, so I would suggest reviewing the adhesive these are stuck On with. Would shop with furniture 123 again as excellent service and good value for money”

“The sleigh bed I bought was really nice, easy to put together but there was one bolt missing. The delivery was great. You could track the driver and it gave you up to date times of delivery. The 2 drivers were very cheerful and helpful and called 20 minutes before delivery.”

“The furniture is great and was a brilliant Christmas surprise for one happy child. Be warned however - it took one experienced man 8 hours to put together! Delivery was as planned and the delivery guys were very responsive. Will use 123 again.”

“I found ordering a bed from furniture 123 extremely easy. The delivery was quick and efficient. The double bed I ordered was extremely good quality and my daughter is really pleased with it. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to the instructions for the build of the bed which could have been better. Overall though a good experience and I would recommend”

“Really pleased with the bed and love the colour! The delivery was really fast so that was a bonus even during the Christmas period! The only thing I would say is that the instructions are a nightmare, took a very long time putting the bed together but once it is up it’s lovely.”
