“Delivery was very quick and they were most kind and careful. I bought a table from you which I love. I found the instructions very vague, the pictures could be a lot bigger to be self explanatory. Some spring washers were missing.”

“Apart from a change in delivery date, I cannot fault this company. I purchased a king size bed which was delivered by a very pleasant, efficient young man. It was fairly easy to put together and looks beautiful in our newly refurbed bedroom. The bed itself is good quality and seems solid. I'd certainly buy from furniture 123 again”

“Very happy with my tv unit had a bit of a problem with delivery due to stock but furniture 123 get me updated weekly would highly recommend there furniture it's of high quality and looks lovely , no problems at all with assemble all part were numbered so was straight forward to put together Looks more expensive than I actually paid”

“Good prices, next day delivery, butthe delivery company, stated a time and came 2hrs early and we missed him, so was unhappy with that, any way they came on time the next day.”

“Great product, and speedy delivery. Be advised that the parts come in two very heavy boxes, which might be difficult to shift. Luckily for me the delivery drivers managed to place in my kitchen doorway for me to take out piece by piece (due to covid restrictions the cant bring them into your home). Only comment is the instructions mention a part labelled K. There wasn't one and its actually just one of the main bolts. Also, if the pistons don't seem to work, attach them and just put the mattress on. The weight helps to get them working.”

“Really difficult to build. Instructions are rubbish and have no words. Wings dont seem to line up. Would make sense for the studs to be on inner wings as cant really see them. Apart from that, love it”

“Ordered Vienna table in white as saw a friend's in Black which was delivered next day! Had to wait over 4 weeks but that was ok as it wasn't urgent. Then saw it had gone down in price on their site, they refunded me £20 which was acceptable. Great table but very basic. didn't realise you would be able to see the silver joins in the table when extended or on one side when folded. That said it is a sturdy little table that folds out to seat 6 people. Arrived on time and in good condition. I would order from this company again going on the experience I have had with this order. I was almost put off by some of the reviews from 2018 ...So glad my friend had one already so I could see, just wish I had looked a little more closely re the hinges. Here's hoping they just picked up their act because of them as they do some lovely furniture at good prices. :)”

“The bed came with a couple missing pieces (still managed to build the entire bed, only minor pieces missing) and furniture 123 were very accommodating and great to deal with when I contacted them about it. They sent us the missing pieces right away. Other than that I am very pleased with the bed, great quality!”

“Great service. Arrived on time. Was slightly fiddly to put together and took a number of hours but looks stunning when finished. Quality piece of furniture at a very reasonable price. Glad I bought it.”

“Wasn’t sure about buying a sofa on line, but so far, I couldn’t be happier - beautiful fabric, love the style, really comfortable and a complete bargain! Delivery was much quicker than had been estimated, and very efficient on the day. Only issue was I didn’t get much notice it was coming.”

“We were really pleased with our sofa and exactly what we were expecting. Good value for money and the second time we have ordered furniture from Furniture 123. We marked them down one star as there was a delay with our delivery despite paying extra and we were not notified in advance. Their customer service however was very good in dealing with my complaint and in the end the delivery arrived the next day. We would order from them again.”
