“Fast delivery, two days and info all the way. Well packed, desk and office chair. Very pleased with the desk but chair took bit of sweat to assemble and resorted to brute force. Would use company again.”

“Excellent service delivered on time. Dressing table and bedside cabinets are made to a high standard. They look fabulous. Only small negative is I would have liked the drawers to be soft close. Overall would highly recommend.”

“Delivery was great; I was well informed as to when Arrow XL would be arriving and they helped take it upstairs to the room it had go in. The mid sleeper bundle is as hoped for and sturdy. My son is very pleased with his new bed! My only negative comments would be that there were not enough spare attachment parts (in case you ran into a problem) and that the instructions were placed in box 4 of 4 - it would’ve been good to have each piece of furniture with attachment parts and instructions in separate boxes.”

“We needed a tv stand with quite specific measurements and Furniture 123 were the only retailer with affordable options. We ordered on Thursday, paid for next day delivery and it arrived on Saturday, slightly earlier in the day than expected. The tv stand itself is sturdy and looks good enough but feels overpriced and getting the drawers aligned properly was a little tricky.”

“Furniture as expected, took about 3 hours to assemble. Please follow the instructions carefully which are well written and lead you through assembly. Do not remove plastic wrapping until directed in instructions.”

“Was waiting a few weeks for the Tiffany console table to come back in stock! Website said del from 6th Oct So I Called their customer services who told me it was due in their November delivery.. on 6th Oct I went back to check and it had been reposted with a slightly different description. Ordered it with normal 3-5 working day delivery and it came next day! (Result) fairly easy to assemble took less than 1.5 hours. I don’t know why I assumed the drawers would be the push and open ones, so I’m slightly disappointed with those. However the unit is nice and feels sturdy. I’m using as a vanity table so does what it needs too. Not a fan on the Led lighting so just dont turn them on. But overall great service (once purchased) and beautiful table!”
