“Super customer service! Ordered a sofa and a couple months later there was an issue with the leg. I sent photos and spoke over the phone with the customer service team. Not only did they replace the leg, they replaced the whole sofa! Prompt pickup and delivery. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends!”

“I ordered an ottoman exactly as described really lovely lots of storage and very strong to sit on. Ordering and delivery was very quick, let me know when it was being delivered, delivery chap was very helpful. All round a very good shopping experience. Many thanks, would thoroughly recommend this company.”

“Absolutely brilliant service and I love the new sofa! I was sceptical because of the cheap price but it’s amazing. So so happy! Very quick delivery. I’m a landlady and have Airbnb’s. I’ll definitely be buying more furniture with you guys going forward.”

“Love the swing chair, it looks great and was easy to put together. Only reason i'm not giving 5 stars is because the box was entirely open and broken on delivery and parts fell out as it was removed from the truck and taken to my driveway. However, the issue was dealt with quickly and impressively by 123 Furniture when I contacted them, so I would use them again.”

“After looking at reviews and not being able to make my mind up, I finally went ahead with the purchase hoping for the best. Arrived already built (massive plus) and in perfect condition 👌. Looks great 👍. Was happy with the texts about delivery and the guys that delivered the item were very helpful also. Massive thumbs up and will shop with them now with no hesitation.”

“Avoid this company at all costs! They take payments in full up front and then let you down with deliveries. Promise after promise is broken, their customer service team are useless and you will spend hours trying to track down your products but get nowhere. All the sales talk on their website about service and delivery is rubbish and they don't get back to you at all.”

“Be wary of delivery times, stock shown as “in stock” on the website does not mean it’s in stock. 3 months later and I’m still waiting for my items. During this time my items have come into stock on the website but not to me! When I received part of my order after seeing they were in stock on the website and getting in touch with them to ask for one of my items the quality was not good on some parts. This was dealt with by customer services very well and replacement items were sent out and refund issued for a damaged item I did not want replacing. Still waiting for the remainder of my matching set.....”
