“Although the packaging wasn't damaged, the top piece and 1 of the backing panels were chipped and broken respectively. Fortunately the chip is at the back and so against a wall and I can work around the damaged back panel. The item does not fit together very well so there are gaps at several of the joints and it also has very little strength/integrity meaning I am going to have to strengthen the item before I can use it. The only good thing I can say about it is looks like the picture.”

“Delivery was expected August 1st and it came 4 days after which was fab. Only fault was I didnt receive any texts or calls to say my delivery was going to be delivered which I see they state the driver is supposed to call you 30minute prior to delivery. Luckily my neighbour was in.”

“Bed arrived 1 week after it was due. I wrote to customer service there excuse was that it was out of stock. The only reason we ordered this bed was that it was “ in stock “ online. I’m heavily pregnant and arranged for our old bed to be dismantled ready for new bed so ended up sleeping on a mattress on the floor because our bed was late. False selling point as it was “ out of stock “”

“Delivery was prompt and on the scheduled day that was paid for. Despite several Negative reviews, we were Happy with the service received. We were a little hesitant about the product reviews before ordering but I have to say I was happy throughout the build with the instructions given and we both love the look of our new coffee table. We ordered the black one and it is quality and adds a very modern touch. Enjoy!”

“A good online service and ordered our chair then an email arrived informing us of when the chair would be delivered, Chair then arrived earlier than expected which was very pleasing delivered efficiently with good communication from the delivery guys. A great service from start to finish.”

“Beautiful bed so happy with it and I managed to get it at a cheaper price as purchased a grade a bed, it was reduced as the box had been opened which was evident when arrived however all parts were present. My only gripe was that the back of the headboard material was torn in 2 places but because this would never be seen when bed is put together it wasn’t an issue for me. A bit difficult putting it together but I was on my own doing it and it says it’s a two man job so my own fault. Delivery was super quick and drivers were very polite and helpful despite COVID. Transaction was easy and simple. I’ve already recommended two friends and will be purchasing future furniture pieces.”

“Received my gazebo within 2 days great fast service for the price I was very satisfied with the quality looks amazing in my garden look longer to put together than 1 hour 30 mins tho but really pleased with it will definitely recommend”

“I was told my drawers would be delivered by 10th July but I have yet to receive them. The customer service is shocking- you have to pay to speak to them about your order on the phone, or wait days and days for them to reply to an email. I just wish I'd used another company. I still have no idea what has happened to my order- the delivery people have said it was damaged but I've received no communication from the company about this. I bought from here because it was the cheapest place to by the drawers I was looking for, but I wish I'd paid a little bit more and bought from a legitimate company.”
