“Item arrived damaged, emailed 5 days ago and no reply yet a lot of promotional emails and request for feedback. Badly prepared build Instructions. Zero follow up. Expensive for this poor quality service”

“Terrible service. Ordered an item described as being delivered after 20 July as I was away from home until that date. Was given a tracking link which didn’t work and was told I would get a call 24 hours before delivery and I could change the date if necessary. It was delivered on 14 July wil no prior notification. I wasn’t there which meant a neighbour had to take this very heavy item in. Sent a complaint by email and received a nonsensical reply showing they hadn’t read the email. Complained again and got an email saying they would take it up with the delivery company. Don’t know what the item is like because I’m not there to open it. Would not order again”

“I bought a Safina King Size Wing Back Ottoman Bed from Furniture123.co.uk a few days ago. I'm VERY happy with my purchase! Excellent quality bed, is exactly as it looks in the picture. Very sturdy and HUGE storage. The delivery guys from ArrowXL were very helpful and friendly. Excellent communication and fast delivery, which is always good! I honest recommend them.”

“They have been alright. There was a lead time of 2 weeks for my item to be delivered and the delivery was quite expensive. Also, they emailed the day before delivery explaining that they would call before getting to our address. They didn’t call and said that they had an incorrect number but because I am currently working from home I was on a conference call when they knocked on my door. Some slight tweaks to their processes and delivery charge and they’d be a great company.”

“The only complaint I have is about the chairs which are really badly designed,very difficult to assemble because some of the fittings frankly don't fit properly.I would suggest this matter is looked at.Apart from that the suite is good value.”
