“Very good quality. Everything was clearly packaged very well. All the fixings were bagged clearly marked out so as you go through the instructions you knew what you was using. The instructions were clear also. Overall very impressed and this certainly looks and feels more expensive than the Dreams mid sleeper. 10/10 from me.”

“We had been let down by a reputable company for our new bed spoke to Mia who made sure our new bed would arrive next day FANTASTIC ! The service extended with the delivery team ,the bed is put together .I would like to recommend a video would help how to put together by Furniture 123 many thanks”

“Such a luxury looking bed Frame a fraction of luxury price! Love a touch of glam this is now our statement piece in a almost plain room. Delivery was as expected on time, had a couple of service queries which were sorted to my satisfaction. The mattress isn’t the greatest it’s just okay and I probably wouldn’t go for the one they recommend and have a browse however that was my fault for not checking the website and going to the add on that comes up!”

“SUPERB service from Furniture 123. I looked all over for 2 velvet dining chairs in a light grey and found them at Furniture 123. Sooooo pleased with the service. I ordered the chairs quite late on a Sunday evening and the chairs arrived early afternoon on the Monday! That is five star customer service. The chairs were very well packaged, easy to assemble and look AMAZING! They are super comfortable, super stylish and contemporary. I am over the moon with the service and products. The cost of the chairs were very very reasonable and the quality is superb.”
