“I have ordered a fireplace which was advertised as soft white. When it has arrived on Monday it is bright cream. The company have sent one text message to my request to return it confirming It is cream and not soft white as advertised and offered a £40. £450 may not be a lot to some people but it is to me and I’m sitting here with a fire I don’t want and I can’t get through to speak to anyone for the life of me 😭”

“Fast delivery and helpful delivery drivers. The bed and the rest of the furniture was relatively easy to put up (took us 4 hours to put it all together but I'm not a whizz at DIY!) The instructions were easy to follow. My son is over the moon with his new bed and it feels sturdy. I'm a happy customer.”

“I would never order or recommend this company for future reference.There have been several issues with my item and also delays and change in date of delivery for which I was emailed and told I would receive a refunded amount.i have not received this even after several emails to the company.The bed frame is much lighter in colour than the website picture and is not as robust as it looks.The base of the ottoman is shocking,it is flimpsy fabric that doesn't even hold as a base.The instructions are poor so for someone buying an ottoman bed for the first time will struggle to work out the mechanism.This bed is poorly put together and not of a good quality like the website displays.”

“Delivered in the time slot given, very happy with the Windermere mid sleeper bed and Theo mattress, also found the bed easy to put together. Would recommend both products and our daughter loves them to.”

“I bought 4 items from Furniture123. 1. TV Unit - arrived with some chipped corner, but because I cannot afford to wait for exchange/re-deliver as it has already been delayed due to covid, I did not make complain to Furniture123. Quality is ok, assemblement is a 2 men job as it is very heavy. 2. Shoe Cabinet - same design as my TV Unit but it was delivered in good condition. Happy with the quality too although the instructions to assemble was slightly confusing at first. 3. Mirror Cabinet - came in perfect condition too. 2 men work to mount it to the wall as it was quite heavy, does compliment my modern style bathroom so I am happy. 4. Mirror for second bathroom - came with cracked mirror. I am still in the middle asking for a replacement, customer service has slight delay due to covid which is understandable. I am not sure yet how complicated/easy the replacement process will be at this point. Overall the description of all my products are accurate and I would give 5 stars if it was not due to damaged delivery.”
